Cancel a phone on my bill

I need the second line turned off. That person is in jail. I can't afford both phones nor do I have use for 2 phones. I will pay my phone line when I get paid on the 9th. I will have to make other arrangements for the other line, but it needs to be disconnected ASAP. Thanks so much.

Theft by employee

I had a two for the price of one cell phone deal they ended up charging me for the second phone after that my phone kept getting cut off every two weeks I was paying over $300 each time they cut the phone off I moved to another carrier which they still started sending me bills now I have a collector calling me we talked about this and Verizon said that they would take care of this problem when they took my information out of the system one person said yeah I know him in the background then they said that there is nothing they can do its already in collections I know we are shorthanded but this is not the way you handle a glitch in your computer

User's recommendation: This phone company is ran by a computer do not get more than one cell phone line and do not purchase anything from the store or you will start a horrible situation.

Bad customer service

I am on a prepay plan and was told i can't add my cellular Apple watch 7 as advertised for $10.00/mo. because it's a prepay plan. It will cost me an extra $55 a month to leave the prepay plan in order to add the watch. Ridiculous.

Can't activate new phone

Finally got phones activated after 3 days. Signed up for auto pay and paperless billing for discount of $10 per line and it was never applied or signed up, so bill is another more than stated. Rep couldn't help because account got locked trying to access my Verizon app. Can't sign into app to change account owner or resign up for auto pay and paperless. Never been so disappointed with a company as I have been with Verizon the last couple weeks.

Still waiting for help

Being trying to get Veterans discount. Spent several hours in two different Verizon stores. Also spent over 5 hours on the phone with different agents including a supervisor. NO ONE HAS RESOLVED THIS MATTER.do

Ordered phone and it was delivered but I was out of town and phone was returned to sender

Ordered phone for daughter bill was current.Phone was supposed to be delivered in December phone came early and we were out of town UPS made three attempts and then sent back to sender.Because it was sent back we have to go to the bottom of the list for iPhone 13 and start process all over again .And now that bill is due again they can not order phone until balance is paid

Suspension of service

My bank has confirmed transfer of funds has been made to Verizon and yet my services have been suspended for non-payment!!!! Of course you can get no help using the numbers or the "chat" I am LIVID
