Resolved: Poor Customer Service

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The customer service rep that did my services, she was new personnel an was feeling bad on yesterday, so she forgot to punch in my prepaid code to keep my phone on after I paid my $70.00. It was handled very beautifully an i thanked the guy who was in the store this morning who apologized for her..

Well my phone is back on, and I received an apology from the Customer service rep. It made me feel much better and I am happy with my service and plan .

I paid my phone bill on the due date, and they still cut it off and that was wrong. They should be having a 24 hr customer service rep on the phone all night. It's not a good thing for a customer to have to endure their communications being cut off for no reason. Especially when the bill was paid on Time.

I have tried for two daysto change my phone number I've got both phones here with me and I can't get anything done because I've been locked out of everything because of user IDs old numbers passwords

I have tried to switch,change this phone number to my account ld number and have been locked out and password es to death

Verizon Wireless - Payment arrangement
I am extremely frustrated with the time wasted and the customer service from Verizon. I called and waited on hold to talk to someone about delaying my bill as I am auto pay and it would not allow me to do this online. Not only was I not told of the $7 fee for the financial customer service to do this and after I asked SEVERAL times so it would not be withdrawn per auto pay. I was told he took care of it and sent me this email as well as a text to verify it would not be withdrawn from my account until the 7th. Day before yesterday, I received another email thanking me for my payment as it was auto paid on the original date 29th and not what was agreed on. Plus the only thing customer service would say is we can return the payment but it will take up to 5-7 business days. Seriously!!!! I will be paying it in 7 days. Now not only was I charged the $7 for the supposed to cancel auto pay but the overdraft fees in my bank as the agreement made was not held up on Verizon end. This has really put me in hardship as now not only am I overdrafted, the money Verizon said they would not take was the money I needed for other bills. So just to get out of the mess I will probably need up with owing my bank around 80-100 dollars Oh yeah, did I forget to say last night after being in hold the first time for 20+ minutes when it said 11 minutes. The first lady said she was getting a supervisor and never came back after an hour another lady answered and stated she was not a supervisor but stayed on until was able to transferred. Now once supposedly supervisor came on (I will admit extremely frustrated but was not personally attacking him as I know he is not all at fault) but he literally drop the call on his end and left mewith an open line. Now I was extremely upset with him because if this is your supervisor this was poor/horrible service. I have been with Verizon for 20+ years. Some of it was prepaid but mostly regular service.

No longer receiving a bill

After 25 years with your company, all of a sudden no bill. Wife made a guess and sent $110.00 but I am sure thats not correct. Problem is account is in my name, wife cant access. I get asked for a PIN, I have no freakin idea. simply put, after all this time with your company it is becoming apparent we are not technologically advanced to keep doing business with Verizon, or Verizon does not like to be in the business of bill collecting. Sadly, thats the business your in. I dont want to leave your company but I will. I want paper bills to be reinstated, I will not pay a late fee over a couple bucks, especially since Verizon created this mash up, and lastly, I refuse to spends hours on hold to talk to a live person. I am 62 and of the generation that I sign up for your service, you send me a bill, I pay the bill and we all get along. Not much to ask, is it......

I spoke to Executive Office Response team member on Saturday 12/5/2020. All issues resolved in a 5 minute phone conversation.

Late fee assigned has been reversed as a billing credit, and we are now going to receive paper statements. Also, wife is now taking over account for notifications rather than me.

Impossible to reach a 'real person' to conduct business with - long, long waits.

My husband and I were cancelling our cell phones with Verizon Wireless as we were going with another company. After, several, several, unsuccessful calls to do just that, I discovered your help! Our cell phones with Verizon Wireless are still working. How can I cancel our service when I cannot get help from the company?

No contact

I put in a request because I was getting non stop spam calls. When I would call the number back, the person would say they didnt call me. My question to Verizon was about unknown persons hijacking other peoples telephone numbers to make harassing calls. I

Wi-Fi out

My Wi-Fi was out every other day. Repeated calls didn't solve the problem. Verizon Headquarters called me and solved the problem in a timely and courteous manner. I am very pleased.

There is something wrong with your system itself

I automatically paid without putting my information in my phone . This happened after I put in my Verizon code 3 times. It did not ask me any further questions . I would also like to tell Verizon; I was hacked . I know I mentioned this before . But my security questions were changed , by my hacker probably . Just an FYI , I did not go to a university. No room mates. You may want to make sure the person , doing security questions is the owner of the account . Just an FYIHappy . Also I received a text , that my bill was not due until the 28th, but my account was shut off. Also my bank had no records of me ever paying Verizon , just an fyi .

Data plan started, had no visibility in My Verizon to phone or account number to pay connection charge. Multiple calls finally led to person who resolved issue in two minutes.
