Resolved: Billing

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Apparently one customer service agent can give completely different information than another.

Which one do you believe?

They are reversing the amount they took from my bank acc't today plus refunding another small amount - not nearly as much as I was originally told. HLB3.

After I moved my two lines of mobile service to Xfinity mobile, and was told that I owed them no more money and to expect a $66 refund on my most recent payment, they turned around and took another $38.84 from my bank account during the next billing period. They do not have their stuff together. Now, they don't even want to talk to me because they can't acknowledge my number in their database.

My auto pay

To get my auto pay stoppec on pbone stopoed as I do not have that phone my X does but Verizon keeps charging me every montb for my auto pay for an account that I do not have, I do not even hsve a Verizon phone or phone number so please stop that auto pay for that number that I am not using and no longer have. I gave my Verizon phone to my X so she called up Verizon and was told she put the phone in her name plus she also got a brand new number from Verizon. Stop the Auto Pay off of my checking account. Just look up my name and you will see that auto pay that needs to stop.

Voicemail issues

My voice mail box will not take messages and I cannot access it. I had made no changes to my voicemail. I don't know my mailbox pass code and never have. This voicemail had been on my phone for years. It just disappeared. I tried call customer support and it says due to COVID the call center is closed. So, how do I get help?

Not able to get to a customer service rep.

I needed to talk to a person about my monthly bill. Could not get to anyone, they kept wanting me to pay a $1.00 with my credit card and the $1.00 would be returned. I am not entering my credit card information to talk to a customer service rep. I have been with Verizon for several yeas but is this is the kind of service they provide to their customers then I am moving to a new carrier. l like to talk to someone in payments. I received a notice that my monthly payment has not been received. The payment was mailed out on 9/8 with other payments due.

Telephone reception on my phone and my wife’s phone is still poor at times.

After going through all the recommended fixes, our phones still cut in and out .this includes incoming and outgoing calls. The 3 different Verizon associates I worked with to solve the problem were very patient and truly wanted to solve the problem. Unfortunately, we still have the same poor reception. I dont want to change carriers but it looks like thats the only other option.

Unable to resolve notification issues on my Verizon Message+ text app on my Moto7..

After hours of attempts to contact a Rep, I Was unsuccessful. A local vendor gave a suggestion to call Verizon corporate. Then they hung up, saying they needed to attend to an in-store customer. The actual issue concerned stopping notifications for their Message+ text app.

User's recommendation: More of a particular complaint, rather than a non-recommendation. Their pricing actually seems to be OK, especially for customers with length of service greater than five years. My problem stemmed from total inability to get a resolution to what I perceived to be a VERY simple problem. Although the issue concerned disabling notifications for their Message+ text app, failure to provide help for other services may present similar results.

Because my voicemail is coming up as a Hospital number

Had to have my phone reset to defaults. How a major company could make a mistake and place the voicemail of a large corporation on a personal phone Im not sure. However, it was repaired and all is well. Thank you to whoever it was who assisted yesterday.

Change billing address

Finally talked to a human

Working with Verizon online was impossible to talk to a human. Like all companies now are obsolete against customer service! They think everybody likes to play on their devices and that's what they want you to do. The only thing that's saved Verizon was the Verizon contract store in Prineville Oregon where I talk to a Human named Kyle, who gave what I call excellent customer care! If that conversation didn't go as well as it did, I would have dropped Verizon even for a lesser coverage. I despise big business now, I have run portions of very big companies, one of the fortune 200 companies. My absolute pet peeve was Superior Service to our clients! Anybody can sell you anything and tell you anything, it's the service that makes the company. And it's the service the employees enjoy giving, that is, if the company cares at all about their employees? My winning strategies. Employees first that take care of your clients means the company wins wins wins!

I called to get my autopay discount

I Call to get my auto pay discount and representative promised that if I set it up while we were on the call she would apply the discount to my current months bill. She basically cut me off the car and now I need to call back to Verizon which is a big pain pain

My contacts aren't showing up when they call, it says no caller id

My callers werent showing up. It would say no caller Id. I was able to fix my issue, but it wasnt easy. Wasnt able to speak to a human being. I had go to here and go there.

*** poor customer service

Ordered/upgraded 2 phones. One on back order. that is ok. other one supposed to be here in 2 days, which would be 23 Aug 2021. Now it appears it could be on the 28th. I have been unable to procure a receipt for my CC charge and no matter who I talk to in the Verizon Wireless arena, they do not have a clue.
