Prices go up customer service goes down
Text chatting for 3 hrs to get Apple Watch onto cell bill and also to to change payment method.
User's recommendation: Shop around before going to Verizon.

Billed me for 6 months after my account was closed AND it was closed because THEY DECOMMISSIONED THEIR CELL TOWER. Oh, and they also charged me $996.43 for an EARLY TERMINATION FEE!
