FRAUD AND HACKING ON MY ACCOUNT??????

For HOURS I have been screwing with the CS people on Chat. The voice support doesn;t even work. CALL ME FOR CHRISTS SAKE... YOIU HAVE SOME SERIOUS SERVER AND SECURITY/PRIVACY ISSUES. LOOK MY NAME UP ON WIKI. CALL ME. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER EVER EVER.... AND ... YOU KNOW YOUR REPUTATION. CALL: 727 393 **** MY LANDLINE SINCE THE VERIZON WIRELESS PHONE IS UNRELIABLE. CALL ME!!!!!!! I should NOT have to beg to have working service. Winn (69.5 years old and royally *** pissed off)

Prices go up customer service goes down

Calling the stores are a jokethey give you a number for customer loyalty only to be on hold for an hour or more only to get disconnected.knowing they have your phone numberand no call back only to start all over again. They dont respect that my time is valuable or god forbid you have a job where you cant stay on hold for that long. They nickel and dime you for everything imaginable yet your rates only go up. We should get paid hourly for being on hold! Good (not great) customer service is a thing of the past!

Text chatting for 3 hrs to get Apple Watch onto cell bill and also to to change payment method.

3 hrs of text chatting with Verizon solved NONE of my problems. I asked several times to actually speak to a person but to no avail. Then I find out T Mobile is better and less expensive. Very disheartening that a company is not easily accessible by voice.

Billed me for 6 months after my account was closed AND it was closed because THEY DECOMMISSIONED THEIR CELL TOWER. Oh, and they also charged me $996.43 for an EARLY TERMINATION FEE!

They are thieves! I even had them for 15-20 years. They do not care about you as a customer!!! They will drop you in a heartbeat even though youve been a loyal customer, with multiple lines, always paying on time, for 2 decades. Then told me it was within their right...

My bill paid by my checking account number BUT wrong routing number. They offered to REFUND AND REBILL AFTER I GAVE CORRECT Information. And they did not understand that they would be refunding money to me that they never received from me. And then rebilling it to me. Which would be great if I didnt give a crap about whoever is that they charged my phone bill to in the first place. And theyll eventually charge me again anyway. I went through four different departments to be sent back to the first department that answered my call. I think I had better luck with the automated service when it came to comprehension. Company founded in 2000 I have been a customer since 2002. Thanks for your service!!!! Idiots

Annoyed

Received my bill and called. 1st guy said hed call me back. No call 2nd girl said shed send a confirmation on my new pricing. Never did 3rd girl said she was sending confirmation rt after we hung up. Never did 4th girl said She would help me cancel my phone since I wasnt happy with it. Talked over me and barely understood english and then said that the supervisor had my info and was going to look into it but would (could) not provide me with that person so i could verify. And guess what- theyll send me a email. Never have i had such a hard time with these people as I have now. Its poor customer service and frustrating to go through so many people and have nothing completed.
