Wait time was like one hour 20 minutes and I hung up. Just to call back and them to say sorry but we are closed.

Called to get new service . But needed to carry over my number from straight talk. Already had the 4 digit pin and wait 1 hour and 20 minutes until I hung up and called right back just to hear a recording saying sorry we are closed.

They suck

Every month i call a number to make my monthly payment This month it's not letting me & when speaking to someone on the issue I was told I had to pay an extra 10.00 to resolve & make payment with a representative and they can't give me a reason why it's now not letting me pay my bill the way I've paid my bill every month for years

Customer Service is nothing short of GARBAGE

I"m trying to LEAVE verlizon and they keep pretending to unlock my phones and phone number. Neither of them are unlocked nor are the phone numbers. This is the typical type of customer service you'll get from verlizon
