Bill payment confusion

Trying to make an on-line payment is almost impossible! It was once so easy to type in my phone number and other info like address, zip, etc. Now the questions are so complicated and unnecessary! Why do we have to answer so many. at one time an operator would handle the entire transaction. In desperation I went to the Verizon store at the River in Palm Desert - and it was closed!!! I give up.

Verizon was able to resolve a dispute on a bill.due.

After 6 years of being a customer. I didn't see the monthly charge as fitting my needs. I moved to another carrier at a much better rate. After receiving my last bill I called customer service and after being on hold for 30 minutes a live customer rep got on. The final verdict on the bill was that they want all the money they can get out of you, and in return I get lousy customer service with long hold times. My plan gives me 2gb a month, when I've not been over 1 for as long as I can remember. What do I get in return? A kick in the face. I would not recommend Verizon to anyone!

User's recommendation: There are other carriers out there with better service and rates. Shop around.

I have a bill pending for Verizon and I don't have a Verizon account that I pay

I have a pending charge from Verizon on my checking account and I dont have a clue what it is for. I dont pay Verizon for anything

Was trying to switch from cricket to Verizon thought I could do it all online until the end and it told me I had to send more verification so I did and it still didnt go through He told me I had to call fraud department which I did talk to the guy who was very helpful...

My cell phone is off

I payed my bill but still can't use my service, now I can't log into my account or call or receive or message anyone I have been without a phone for days, so I got a new phone and still the same problem so the trouble is with my service and account. I want my service restored and a free month of service for my troubles I will talk to my lawyer and file a complaint with the courts in this matter I plan to sue Verizon for not being able to call my customers and do business as my phone won't call.dont buy a phone from Verizon ever again

Bill and store experience

Was sold a bunch of stuff that was not true was told I had to buy new chargers cause the old ones would not work with the new cable's apple was putting out and the screen saver cost me 64 per phone and two days later my bf screen was CRACKED so why did I spend 64 for what and to find out that was a complete lie about the charging cords.

I have been trying to speak to a real person on the phone and every number is a dial tone and a message that says the call can not be connected.

I need to speak to someone about my rebate I didnt receive. I would like to speak with a person instead of texting what I have to say

My house phone which uses a wireless service is not working.

All I get is busy signal whenever I try to use the phone and I cannot get an operator to answer customer service.

Have my been told my phone has lock

Been trying for a bout 1.5 weeks to fix this they never answer or hangup one. My phone was bought and paid for at Verizon over 3 yrs ago, have had straight talk since, there's a lock on my phone because it was reported stolen. Was not stolen.

Possibly switch carriers and purchase a new phone

Phones not available at time of purchase. I bought a product, a charger base, and was told no problem returning. When I brought it back, the gentleman that sold it to me was away on vacation. The man that was covering at the Waldwick store, advised there were no returns on accessories. I dont know how happy this company will make me and t just switched after being with AT&T for 20 years. Takes forever to get someone to answer your call to the company. Plan on a minimum of 30+ minutes!

Trying to cancel account.

Waiting hours to talk to csr finally they answered. Started the process to cancel account 10 minutes into conversation csr just hung up the phone cause they closed on sun 10/3/21. Havent been able to get thru since 10/5/21. Your service sucks!!!!

Impossible to get someone on the phone

I called twice yesterday and waited more than an hour and got no one. The office hours say open 8am-6pm est. I called in that timeframe only to be told Im calling outside of business hours. So frustrating.

Current results of complaint

I am sorry I have not heard from anyone at Verizon Wireless, though I did receive a threatening email from them today saying my payment is past due and that they would contact the three credit reporting agencies and report me...(Really?).. I received a bill in the mail today for the entire 30 days when I only had 9 days service (I previously thought it was 10 days but the bill today stated a day later as the beginning date). This bill shows payment is due 10/17/2021, so it is not past due. The email also included a phone number which I called but was unsuccessful in contacting a real person to get this bill corrected. Thank You for sending my complaint to Verizon, I hope they contact me soon. Amazing that I cannot contact someone at a company that deals in communications.

User's recommendation: Steer Clear. Everything is okay while you are a customer, once you change carriers they become threatening and overcharge you.hey.
