Unnecessary service

I just realized that I was taken advantage of by Verizon. I purchased an Apple Watch January 3 and just realized that I am being charged for a second line that I don't want or need. Thank you for ripping a loyal customer off. E. Andrews

Find out how to get my credit card for changing my cell phone company fron t mobile to verizon

I was told that if I changed my cell phone company from t mobile to Verizon verizon would remenburise me what I still owe on my t mobile account ( phones) I have the last bill from t mobile 389.75 and now want my remenburise of 389.75 ( check or credit card

Billing

I just paid my bill and now I get a message today saying I still owe more money. I want to know why?

User's recommendation: Talk to you your customers instead of changing $10 . It should be free to talk to customer service.

Take this from off of my credit Never had service never used your service I only wanted to change my service over They gave me a sims card and that was it

I need technical support right now

I was told there was 24/7 customer service support for technical issues and I haven't been able to get a hold of them since last night at 9:00 that would be January 7th 2022. They were trying to change my service over to a Samsung Galaxy 850 which I called about but then they told me to do a factory reset and I didn't know what this number was that they kept telling me I had to get so now I'm without a phone and can't reach nobody to fix and turn my 3G phone back on that's supposed to be good till the 20 22 of December 31st

Verizon Wireless - New SIM Card Not Work and Not Able to Reach Customer Service
When I received my new SIM card, the SIM card does not work. When I try to contact Verizon Wireless customer server, the first thing they ask is my number. After I enter the number, they always say they don't know the number and I cannot get further help. I then went to a Verizon store. They said they cannot find the Verizon SIM Card ID on their database. They cannot help me either and even cannot cancel my service and refund. The only way to get refund is to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I have been trying for days to get my military discount can never get a live person

Im getting extremely frustrated that I cannot speak to a live person unless I wait for an hour hour and a half on this damn phone this is total *** and will be one reason that I am switching carriers

Transferring from another carrier to verizon

I have called Verizon trying to transfer a business cell phone from ATT to a personal account at least 4 times. A Verizon representative said I can help you and he started the process. I ask the agent several times if we get disconnected please call me back. He assured me he would. He placed me on hold to start the process, about 20 minutes in a Verizon voice message comes on, press 1 for etc., 2 for etc., etc. This is the next day, still no call from Verizon. I spent 1 whole day trying to get the transfer done, waiting on line for a agent to no avail. I am so frustrated with trying to talk with a LIVE Verizon agent that I have decided to become an AT&T customer.
