Denied management return call

Phone number phone service issues. No service after continuous paying bill. Still waiting for return call from upper management. Rep. Denied me from speaker ng to upper management or supervisor said could only speak to them Believe person using my service and stealing service now steak ng phone number and email along with service. Received many occasions email concerning needing info about my phone seemed to be a scam reported on the NEWS this could be a small part if the problen

There is no customer service. Long time customer means nothinng

My college age son is in Europe, working with children in an outdoor setting. He had a travel plan that was used up in two days. It should go to $10 per day if he uses it. Im being charged $20. The area is so remote, a young girl suffered a broken arm. He had to use cellular to get medical helicopter in for rescue. Verizon wouldnt waive or review these charges. They are Jerks.

User's recommendation: Unless you have to have Verizon coverage, go anywhere else.

Bill is too high

I am paying much too much. I don't get 5G at my house. My connection is not always the same. Sometimes I only get one bar, never more than three. I was lied to right from the beginning at the store where I bought the phone. I was sold the most expensive phone, even though I could not get 5G. Verizon 5G coast to coast was a scam.

I have been being charged for 13 months for a phone I paid for up front!

I call every month to get this taken care of and no manager has handled this situation!! It has caused me so much anxiety and is making me ill. My company has been with Verizon for over 30 years and this is how I am treated!! I just want credit for the past 13 months so I can then leave Verizon because of this! Thank you in advance. Home phone is not working for 2 months

They added a line to my account that I never approved. Couldn’t get my other line out of port. Promised to waive my activation fees from all the trouble I have had to deal with.

I can never talk to a customer service rep. I have never went threw so much trouble trying to get a phone to work. They like to add charges but not fix your issues.

Get my phone issues fixed and my activation fees waived like promised.

Trying to get help on our home line which has not worked well over 2 months

Our home service stopped working and phone read no service available. We see on our tv screen a call is coming in and then a message is available. No service and no message is available because we are unable to find a way to call on our phone.

I don't believe she tried to understand what I was asking her about. She didn't respond for almost 10 minutes and then transferred me to sales, which had nothing to do with what I was trying to do.

I loathe Xfinity and had Verizon when I lived in Florida and would like to switch back for cell phone service

I have paid over $4000.00 to Xfinity in six months for cell service. They claim it is due to my having only 1gig instead of unlimited. I find this outrageous! I wish to move my mobile device to Verizon where I feel it is in good hands and you have a good company.
