I want to transfer my servíce to Verizon I have been transferred total of 19 times and have tried 12 numbers and all have been wrong numbers and the time I was able to talk to a person it was a one hour and 18 minutes not counting the on hold time I was told that notes would be entered so when I call back I would not need to repeat my self and no notes what so ever

When you need to speak with a live agent dumb how the have a system that cuts you off and not connect you to customer services, The money we pay for Verizon service there should never be a delay in speaking with a live agent.

there script "agents" are mostly outsourced ( not all) who know nothing beyond the script ( alledged troubleshooting). other than that they will do nothing

Prices

I had two lines with Verizon for only 4 months and each month the bill got higher and higher. When I called customer service the biggest issue is the language barrier. Not only could I not understand the agent EVERY time, but they were only trained with a script to read, so they could not answer my question, they didnt understand the words even! My August bill was nearly $300! For two phone lines! Im done

they are out sourced to the phillipines many of them some are still us based. yes they know nothing beyond the script and will do nothing. dont expect any help they will just laugh at you and hang up.

Bill service coverage and customer service

Verizon Sucks

Verizons service is god awful and theyve been extremely mismanaged and incompetent. A borough employee (who was probably high) drove down our street with the bucket of his dump truck up and took out our internet lines.

A few days later they sent a technician who said he would schedule a bucket truck to fix the wiring. The next day, a different technician shows up in another van, we tell him his job was already done and that we were told a bucket truck would be coming. He also says he will schedule one. None ever show up.

Upon calling customer service, they claim to have no record of service request. A week later, still no internet and they keep dicking us around, saying Oh, tomorrow, Oh, tomorrow.

I work from home and these moroons are costing me money daily. Get your crap together Verizon and stop shafting your customers.

i would file a complaint with the city and or state utilities i would also file a complaint with the better business bureau verizon will never admit fault

Terrible tech support suspicious business practices, poor customer service

13 years a customer. Send me a new phone. Dropped calls no manual, callers get messenger without the phone ringing. Tech support analyzes the problem. E Talk phone has a defective battery and sim card.I must wait 6 days for another new phone. Shows up without a battery or sim card or back plastic cover. Need to wait another 3-5 business days. I regret activating any new equipment. I pay on time every month for over 13 years. What genus came up with this transition plan. Dollar General is hiring.

I couldn't change password cause it would send a link to accept or decline ,and when you accept it pops back to sign-in,can't sign in if I can't change my password.
