I HAD AN APPOINTMENT TO SET UP THE NEW PHONE I GOT FOR XMAS. WENT TO THE STORE AND IT WASNT EVEN OPEN. VERY FRUSTRATING,AN EMAIL COULD OF NOTIFIED US IN ADVANCE. NO NOTICE ON THE DOOR EITHER.

bought a new phone returned it within one or two weeks on a commercial account and was charged a restocking fee on a phone that didn't work nokia that was pushed that i think was a promotion. I did buy a new phone that I was happy with. Take off the restocking fee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It took me two hours to finally get to a REAL human being to disconnect the service to my iPad.. When I tried to call using your service, I got a message saying Verizon would not accept phone calls from your service. Thanks for what you do Verizon makes it very difficult to speak to real humans unless you are wanting to buy one of their services. All the REAL people I spoke with were very helpful, but it took a LONG time to get to these people. I feel sorry for them having to work for this company.

Today we purchased a new phone my husband's old phone turned off and cannot be turned back on. We could not access his google account to get his important phone numbers we were transferred to, Alex agent id 260****, and he tried all kinds of ways for us to access our account and was so very patient with us! He went above and beyond to help us I wish we could always have his help! Thank you Alex!

Insanely lacking common sense

My bill paid by my checking account number BUT wrong routing number. They offered to REFUND AND REBILL AFTER I GAVE CORRECT Information. And they did not understand that they would be refunding money to me that they never received from me. And then rebilling it to me. Which would be great if I didnt give a crap about whoever is that they charged my phone bill to in the first place. And theyll eventually charge me again anyway. I went through four different departments to be sent back to the first department that answered my call. I think I had better luck with the automated service when it came to comprehension. Company founded in 2000 I have been a customer since 2002. Thanks for your service!!!! Idiots User's recommendation: Change company.

Poor customer on service
Verizon was very good, I realize COVID has created challenges but the last 4 times I have communicated with them I either couldn't get the question answered or my wait time was almost an hour long so I gave up., Very disappointed.
