Question about bill

Received my bill,today. There was a note on back of invoice stating that I was subject to cancellation.for being past due. I send payment the day I receive my bill and have never been late! I've been a customer of Verizon for many years and I am really pissed to get a. note like that on my bill!!! Oh,by the way, I just mailed my August bill! Thanks dianecravens68@***.com

Bill status

Transferred two phones to Visible to see if we save some money. Our account with our mifi was closed. Called to see if we can maintain our mifi account. Waited 20 minutes on phone to talk to someone. Final bill was discussed and I was able to keep just our mifi. I told tech about the long wait on phone. She gave me a different number to call in the future. Call by far was successful Well see how Visible works out. Thats another story.

Can't connect to internet when trying to connect to WiFi thermostats at our church.

Internet connection. Going to call for technical support tomorrow to get help to connect. I hope I can get through quickly.

I upset with what I am being billed for after getting a new phone. I got a bill for 245.00 after getting a new photo and paying up front costs of 365.00. I did not know about the extra fees?????

Poor plans

I will say off the top it wasn't the agent. I'm upset by the lack of low price plans avail for senior citizens who do not use a lot of data. I feel like there should be a basic plan for around $60.00 a month for 2 phones. You are not serving your older customers very well at all. BTW. Carol, your customer service agent just called me back with a way for us to save $10.00 a month. I very much appreciate her diligence in looking for ways to save us $. I give her very high marks for her service.

I need help on switching back to Verizon and nobody can help me.

Last night I went to an authorized retailer store in Riverside Plaza, Riverside CA and was treated so bad that I decided to handle it through Verizon customer service, like usually do and avoid disrespect and horrible customer service.

I received my tablet but no phone or SIM card I've been waiting patiently is there a problem I tried everything almost and nothing It's really not that bad everything's fine the customers are polite helpful like I don't want to make a bad report because they have been extremely helpful I have nothing else to complain about, but I just don't have no simm card or a phone I need to order one what's the deal

Need puk code had no service all month I want refund or a did device ur suppose to make ur customers happy not want a did service

You can't exchange your phone in the store

We upgraded to an iphone12 pro. All I wanted to do was have the store people take our old phones in for trade in.. They want you to print your own shipping label. I don't have a printer. Why should I have to work for Verizon when they are not paying me to do the job their employees should be doing!! I shouldn't have to print up my own return label and take it to the UPS store. VThainconvenientreainconvenient!!!!!

I want to see if my check arrived and applied to my account. I do not want to make a double payment if so. I cannot get anyone to tell me or make any contact about this issue. I received a bill notice a few days ago. Will you let me know the status of my bill??

Phone reset

ok verizon reset my phone , bc of settings, and i dont no the pin.... now i cant even make a call. i need assistance, i have called over and over and problem still not fixed...i am highly pissed off, og havin to go thru all this trouble.... maybe in the near future u might set up a program for these problems that are easy to navigate. plz help!! ty!!

Verizon Jetpack Roaming

For the 2nd consecutive day my Jetpack has been in a Roaming mode. I called VCS and after a reasonable hold time the technician walked me thru a few steps and he determined that my SIM card needed replacing. He was polite and patient. I'll drive to my nearest Verizon store (about 35 miles) to get my new SIM card.

User's recommendation: Verizon is the best wireless I've ever had but if you're not tech savvy or if you are having to message from your phone it is very difficult. I prefer to talk to a human which sometimes seems a bridge too far.
