Poor service

Payment plan in effect as agreed and service has been cut. Kids are in college and we have no was of reaching them.

I have had to call three times just for access and a transfer pin

I need a transfer pin for 760457**** After I transferred my number 760791****. All of a sudden I lost access to my online account. I cal. Ask for transfer pin. Im told I dont need to login I just dial on phone. I do. It asks me to login. I just want a transfer pin for 760457**** and my service completely canceled. Paying close to 300 a month just doesnt make sense. Please help! Joan Faus 760791****

No help with access to voicemail

Reaching a human for support is a nightmare. Just needed help, because the system is telling me I don't have access to get my voicemail. I get nothing but an endless loop of computer voice prompts. When I finally got a human on the phone they did not know how to help me. Is this supposed to be help? This is garbage. No wonder the rating is so low for support.

Talked with customer service earlier in the day was told the problem was solved

Talked to customer service this afternoon and was told my issue was solved, but it was not. Trying to get a hold of them is an awful experience. Have been trying to solve this issue since 12pm. Customer service is not open, even though you are open till 9:30pm eastern, this is false news! I have been without my phone Service since this afternoon, and I am still without service. So I have to try and call back again. Hopefully I can talk to someone who knows what they are doing.

Lack of customer service

Deceptive billing practices

After 30 yrs of increased monthly bills I decided to buy out my contract, pay off my equipment and switch providers. Verizon continued billing me. Once cancelled you cant log in or call in the automated lines since youre no longer a customer. I spent hours to get through. They said charges were in error and I would not be billed again. I was. This continued for 6 months and they ended up putting a collection on my credit report! I pre-paid them a chunk of money to completely cut ties and they still billed me for monthly services. What a scam! I saved over $100 per month by leaving them and I will NEVER go back. You cannot log into their sites or use *611 to make payments but they will keep billing you.

Remove the collection which was illegally reported to my credit agencies.

No one can ever answer my questions.

Whether I show up to the store or call customer service, no one can help me. All I want to know is whether my phone that we ordered showed up at the store since it has been a longer than said delivery time. Gets connected to the store gets told theyll call me back and never gets a call back. I cant access my Verizon account either and when asked to get help on that, I get told to bring account manager to the store. I bring them and then theres no one to help. Unless I set an appointment ahead for every little problem, its going to take at least two months to finally get something solved. Even pre-covid their stores were understaff as well.

Awful Customer Service

A simple billing question, "Why did it go up?" Set up a call-back to speak to a rep which was fine. Then spent 15 minutes with the rep who could not answer the question. Then spent 89 minutes on hold awaiting a pickup from her supervisor ... then the line went dead which meant I needed to start the process all over again from scratch. Beyond frustrating. So I started over ... and spent more time going through their automated menu *** while being told that Verizon was sending me helpful text messages -- which were not helpful, which was why I wanted to speak with a human in the first place. These folks need to hire more people instead of relying 99% on their automated systems to substitute for real customer service.

Locked out my account

I have been calling and can't get through. I am locked out my account and I can't make arrangements if needed. There's no discounts for customers and the rates are ridiculously high. My phone gets cut off almost every month. I think Verizon sucks and I have been a loyal customer for about 12 years. I can't wait til my phone is paid off because I am switch carriers...Thanks for good customer service but all other services SUCKS.

Billing question

I have been trying now since the beginning of the month to contact them to remove my data packages. 2 text chats that were not confirmed or followed up on then when i was able to reach someone they tried to make me pay for two more weeks of service when i complained they dated it for today and refused to back date even after admitting they have long wait times on customer service. Funny u can be a customer for over 15 years and when u ask to be treated fairly for their error u are met with nothing but iam sorry for your inconvenience. And what about the 130.00 activation charge i paid when i purchased their new overpriced phone. U can get the same phone at walmart for 200.00 but charged me triple that. Not happy at all
