No cell phone service

No cell phone service, no bars, cant dial out. Called customer service and problem not resolved. Spent hours trying to get thru and nobody fixed problem.

Can’t get a person to help me. On line digital was super slow and it helpful at all. Another name not on our account comes up on caller Id when I call someone. I get calls for this person also.

Will have to cancel our account because someone elses name comes up on it and we cant get anyone to help us.

This is the worst customer service company I have ever used .

Your customer service puts the customer in a loop asking the same questions and then asking to go to internet and nothing on line works

Automatic calls suck! Need to talk with real people. Been a customer for a long time, and this crap may have me leaving!

Poor home signal

The cell phone signal at my home has been fading for about a year now. I contacted customer service to see what could be done. I know that they send customers signal boosters as a remedy to such problems. But they told me that since I am not a contract customer, they can't send me one. I guess contract money is worth more than non-contract money. Ridiculous!

Just found out my location is and was never running on 5g and it's not even available. False advertisement, product is horrible. No compensation for poor product delivered. Im very upset

Horrible Service

This is the worst company ever. I have tried to talk with them for 5 days to fix a problem with my cable and they won't do anything to help me. We changed a few things to the account a couple of weeks ago and they never updated it. They couldn't give me any information on my account. And they didn't even try to fix the problem whatsoever.

Agent misled the phone purchase. It has been over three weeks with no resolution. It is now even difficult just to talk with the agent. Been a verizon customer Over 10 yearsno customer appreciation
