I inadvertently set up a draft with you on a closed account. I have only a prepaid account with you currently. So far you have 600$ from my checking account it may be 220$ less not sure if the last payment cleared but you have no account with me for this to go to. It is closed. So what are you doing with my money?

We stopped service 3/28 but we arre still being charged. I expect a refund soon. We a r e low income and need all the money we have owed to us

We live in Brentwood, CA., and I have to say I have never had so many problems with any store or company as I do with this Lone Tree Verizon. They are entry and smug and act better than everyone. You

Think your day was bad until you spend a day dealing with these people. Rude and very unprofessional. The employees dont know their own policies very well and often conflict with the corporate offices claims. We are shutting down our Verizon accounts of more than 10 years and moving on to a company that doesnt just claim but acts on their claims.

And I am unable to receive messages from android phones on my iPhone I have talk to customer service for an hour of my time which has lots of value. This is the second time in four weeks I have come into these problems with this Verizon service. I recommend people to pay $50 a month and go to Net 10 or elsewhere instead of this expensive price you still dont get any results.

Verizon owes me money.

Even though i quit the service in December, they kept billing me for 5 months. it is very difficult to reach them to make changes. i cannot phone then or reach them by internet since i no longer have an account number.

Damaged phone

The new phone was send through ups and the box was wet everything inside was damaged due to water Verzon stated they had no idea what had happened they said it would be taken care of they gave me the cell chargerDo Do and the otter box and screen protector as of today they have not replaced the cell phone Verizon has by far some of the worse customer service ever .

No person helped me..and your recorded voice certainly didn't!!! T-Mobile is looking better and better by the second!

You are double charging us for something we are not involved in.call us now 360584**** or we are switching to T-Mobile by the end of the week we have been a customer for years but this is very shoddy service and I will let everybody know!
