Poor tech support

For months my voicemail has not worked. I call, spend about 1-3 hours on the phone with them. They promise to follow up and escalate the issue. No fixes ever work. No follow up. No escalation.

User's recommendation: If you need voicemail, find another carrier.

they know nothing beyond there script ( i.e. there "trouble-shooting) which does little if anything. a better provider be a good choice

Every phone number I have listed for Verizon it said it could not be reached as dialed and I'm pissed. I am trying to get international service for my fiance who is in England United Kingdom right now and she has a video chat with her doctor in the United States today and I can't contact anybody at your company

Billing Refund

Our interaction with Verizon started over 10+ years ago when Verizon was customer supportive and cared about their Military and Retired Veterans. Now they don't care, all they want is Money, and charge for each and everything, Verizon used to help setup your new phone when you upgraded, now it's here call this number or here's a $5 credit to make you happy. Verizon has lost it's use to be great customer service support down to unacceptable. That's why we switched to T-Mobile

User's recommendation: Leave Verizon when you get a chance.

they are both as bad , issues with both myself, tmobile just hikes fees as they cant raise rates yet due to sprint merger . both know nothing beyond there script, hang ups etc.. all common and nobody cares

Terrible tech support suspicious business practices, poor customer service

13 years a customer. Send me a new phone. Dropped calls no manual, callers get messenger without the phone ringing. Tech support analyzes the problem. E Talk phone has a defective battery and sim card.I must wait 6 days for another new phone. Shows up without a battery or sim card or back plastic cover. Need to wait another 3-5 business days. I regret activating any new equipment. I pay on time every month for over 13 years. What genus came up with this transition plan. Dollar General is hiring.

User's recommendation: be very cautious. The motive is to sell you a better phone.

Too long a story to tell here, but I was jacked around by10 different people over three days and spent over 3:30 hours on the phone trying to get a straight answer and at the end of the day(s) got scr

Was not given the promotion that was promised. Was LIED to about it still being available. Kept getting transferred to other people that wouldn't, couldn't solve the problem. Got disconnected twice. No call back on one. Been a customer for 24 years and they couldn't care less about honoring a deal. If I can talk my wife into getting another carrier, I'd do it in a heartbeat. One of the WORST customer service experiences of my life.

User's recommendation: Verizon may be the big dog in the junkyard but not the only one. Give others a try first.

Hidden charges, horrible customer service

Was charged twice this month for changing name on account. Also traded my phone in for discount on new one, now discount is removed because of name change. Have been charged a fee for turning off a line I have had for many years but never used. I have tried all channels of resolution without getting anywhere.

Trying to finalize final billing!

Spoke with 2 customer service people, they informed me that my balance is $000.00 ! This took over 45 minutes! Not calling any more to try to get this issue corrected! They say all is finished with them and nothing else is owed !
