Need to disconnect 309 303 ****

The new phone was never delivered to correct address . Decided it was to much of a hassle and so want no service to 309 303 **** phone #. As of today they disconnected this # to us cellular and that should not have happened . He now has no service with us cellular and they need a Porting pin# and acct for Verizon. Call me asap to correct this issur!!

I tried for days to stop my auto pay without any help . The store on ledge wood was closed .finally I was told to call 611.

I finally got to the app that I needed but the Payment was deducted. I was charged 36.00 by my bank. I have been out of work And was receiving unemployed until The first week in September.custom service is a nightmare. I have been a customer for about 20 years and would like a credit to my account .

User's recommendation: Not if I don’t get a credit.

Hi Verizon....big problem with Spectrum..they charge me 630.00 for the cell phone . Verizon supposedly going to pay for the switch......can you please help me fix this problem. It's money I'm not supposed to spend ..that's why I did the switch.

I have been trying to pay my bill and absolutely no help no matter what number you call

No response from Verizon at all left messages called countless numbers at different times and no help this service sucks

No phone interaction

I was on hold for 43 minutes waiting to talk to a customer service rep and then it hung up on me. Never even got to speak with someone. This was after I physically went to the store and they told me they couldnt do anything and sent me home to call them on the phone.

Verizon Wireless - Home phone needs connection and need to split network
At 2;59 I called to have my " wifi split" yesterday at the recommendation of my ring service carrier. Long story short, 3 + hours, 14 phone calls (because the agent kept disconnecting me and her supervisor kept calling to say she would call back) and it is not fixed. Can you PLEASE help me because my problem was never resolved before she disconnected at 5:51. Chris Hartge

Customer Service SUCKS!!!!

It is impossible to get in touch with Verizon. 2 hour hold times and when you download their app (as they instruct you to) so that you can schedule a call it doesn't work. We moved one line of service over to them in, I'm sending the phone back. This is crap. Why do business with a company that makes it impossible to talk to someone? No thanks.

User's recommendation: Avoid Verizon at ALL COSTS.

Still don't have the return boxes

I have called many, many times about the boxes to return the old phones, so that I can be properly credit on my Account for my new phones. I did not know that the peoples at Verizon lies so much oh we send them nothing yet........since Dec 18th I am trading in my Samsung Galaxy smartphone S9 for the Samsung Galaxy S21+ and I am still having a problem I hope that my Account be properly Credit !!!!

Need to change the information in my lockbox can't do it through the app

You need to make it a little easier to communicate with people. Like physically be able to speak with them. Because apps dont always work if I didnt get annoyed about my situation it wouldve gotten straightened out if I was able to speak with somebody it wouldve got straightened out right away.

A label (or even just an address) to send back my trade in phone. 2 hours later, Nothing

All I wanted was a label to send my trade-in phone back. I was directed by three different CSRs to just click on my order, click return and print out the label. I don't want to return my new phone but that's where it took me. I only wanted a freakin label on the envelope and box they sent me to the trade-in address. No one could understand that. Give me a break!
