My phone says weak security and my Wi-Fi is Verizon

I need to talk to someone about my phone I dont understand why I have to write 100 symbols in order to talk to someone if its up to me I will get another service I will try to talk my cousin to leave Verizon

Need acct number and pin

I needed my account number and my PIN number which I believe is 2532 but no idea on the account nobody knows their account number and a prepaid phone unless you go look for it I need it to unlock a phone so I can get some Verizon

Rude Customer Service Rep.

I went to a Verizon Store at Greece Ridge Mall with a problem on my phone. The customer service rep. was very rude and hostile and didn't solve my problem.

User's recommendation: Avoid going to Verizon with problems on your phone.

Worst Customer service EVER...

Worst customer service ever, If there was a way to give negative stars than I would have. My biggest complaints are they never call back, they close the tickets without resolving the issue and also there app on the phone never works Their customer service reps would always write half notes and then the customer would face problems. Usually the wait lasts, and the call lasts for 2 hrs (The outcome is zero.) Their customer service teams more education.

Worst customer service ever

My biggest complains are they never call back, they close the tickets would resolving the issue and also there app on the phone never works..
