You asked for it ?

He complained about me swearing out of extreme frustration trying to get my bill paid. And he refers to me as "pissed customer?...he needs to grow up fix the problem. Trying to make a payment 5 times and it said try again later?? ? ?

Refund prepaid

This has been horrible. I was told when I went into the Verizon store in Thomasville GA. THAT I COULD use a pre paid card on my e existing phone once I purchase the prepaid card I was told that it would not was not compatible with my phone they could not do a refund in the store I've been trying for 2 weeks to get the refund from Verizon prepaid and still have not been able to get that still having trouble poor customer service still not satisfied I will never use Verizon service and would not recommend Verizon to anyone.

Account issues

I was just told that I haven't been getting the discount for auto pay. I have been enrolled since 2015. That is totally unacceptable. I been with Verizon to long to being treated like this. My bill is never the same

Not delivering on their advertising

We have been customers of Verizon for over 20 years. In late 2021, Verizon was offering free upgrades to iPhone 13's. We live over an hour from the nearest store and made appointments to take advantage of their offer. The first appointment was not possible because the office was closed. I received an apology by email. Fine. But when it came time for the next appointment, they said we would have to go to an Apple store. As far as I am concerned, this was a bait and switch.

I feel I pay way too much I can get T-Mobile 100GB for $50 3 times more GB than Verizon Gary Dougherty 616 286 ****.

Lack of customer service

I called for what should have been an easy request. Twice. I opted not to use a self-serve option. I pay them nearly $60 for 2 GB of data. Ridiculously overpriced but I don't want to part with my phone so I overpay. The IVR kept sending me a link for self-service...

Foreign spam calls

I am getting foreign spam calls (from Spain & Sweden so far). How can these calls be stopped? They leave voice mail messages about my account & its in English (but called from non-English speaking countries).

Deceptive billing practices

After 30 yrs of increased monthly bills I decided to buy out my contract, pay off my equipment and switch providers. Verizon continued billing me. Once cancelled you cant log in or call in the automated lines since youre no longer a customer. I spent hours to get through. They said charges were in error and I would not be billed again. I was. This continued for 6 months and they ended up putting a collection on my credit report! I pre-paid them a chunk of money to completely cut ties and they still billed me for monthly services. What a scam! I saved over $100 per month by leaving them and I will NEVER go back. You cannot log into their sites or use *611 to make payments but they will keep billing you.

Remove the collection which was illegally reported to my credit agencies.

This rate is for c/s rep Jay only. “V” automatic response unit gets NO stars!!

It was near impossible for me to reach a human rep for my problem. After about 8-10 calls, during a 2 wk time, and several disconnected calls?? I finally reached Jay. He was wonderful and had the patience of Jobe! He understood my problem, found the correct rate and fixed my acct. Jay spent a very long today me to resolve my issues and really listened to m. Verizons automatic response unit for calls is horrible!! It constantly tries to steer customers to messaging but I am 73 yrs old and have had hand surgery so texting is very diffucukt for me. The ARU needs numerous revisions and needs added options to accommodate special needs. You almost quit Verizon and was going to Spectrum cell. This is my last try with the big V

Why was the bill paid 5 days ahead of payment due date? Originally payment was due on the 13th than auto payment was taken out on the 10th. Today is the 8th and the payment was made. My question is my due date different moving forward?
