Port my phone number

Signal sucks I constantly have to restart my phone to be able to get messages to sent constantly have to be to different areas of my house just to keep from dropping calls

The worst customer service EVER!!!! If I could give them minus 0, I would.

Tried calling about bill you say was not sent (but it was). No phone number on bill so searched for that. Got robot call telling me to enter code but did not recognize any entered. Finally got to rep and he hung up...did not call me back so went through this entire process AGAIN. Such a waste of time. I asked for supervisor and rep would not let me speak to them. I finally got him to agree and he said she would call back....still waiting...if

Trouble with my voicemail

My sister said when she called me it will say hi this is Jim and then it will say the voice box is full. I dont understand I emptied The box and it still does it

They keep putting wrong charges on our account then saying they will credit us but we must pay first! You have to chat online forever bc you can never actually get someone on the phone. We are angry!
