Terrible customer services for a business

My phone lines go dead every time it storms bad. They send some one out to my place on average every other month. This time the fix date they gave me was over a week of when I called in my problem. Which is totally unacceptable for a business. I am losing customers bc I no phone services. My alarm system runs off the phones and could save my whole business if I have a problem with one of my greenhouses.

Need access to my locked account online

Every time I have contacted Verizon I have to wait at least half an hour (if not longer) before being able to speak with someone. Not forgetting to mention the fact that I still have yet to be able to have any use of my cellular device due to Verizon not being able to successfully complete my activation process with my mobile device. I have been without a phone for over a month now and still havent received access to my phone and its cellular network. I am highly frustrated with the fact and I am extremely unhappy &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;unsatisfied!

Dissatified with service/personnel

Working with representatives online/telephone and in person for 6 days for approximately 32 hrs online/phone and 8 hrs in person. First contract was canceled by Verizon, second by me because someone changed it without permission. I finally got my phones, but I can't get into my account because there are 2 different account numbers. Does anyone in the company known what the *** they are doing?

I called to get my autopay discount

I Call to get my auto pay discount and representative promised that if I set it up while we were on the call she would apply the discount to my current months bill. She basically cut me off the car and now I need to call back to Verizon which is a big pain pain

Unsatisfactory consumer service

Dish Anywhere. 5not able to view LI VE TV on laptop. Can view it tablet or cell phone. Problem is still not resolved.

User's recommendation: When calling customer service expect to be on the phone for 3 to 4 hours and not get anything resolved..

Disconnected phones 3 months ago, but still getting bills. Talked to nice lady about 1 month ago and she said that she had gotten the account corrected.

Still getting more bills without service. We disconnected service 3 months ago, but still getting ever increasing bills. A nice lady talked to me about one month ago and said that she could get the account corrected, but then we got a larger bill this month.

User's recommendation: Don't use Verizon. Almost impossible to change to another carrier.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALWAYS PROBLEMS WITH MY ACCOUNT/BILL.

I still have not gotten anything settled with my account, even after speaking to 3 different representatives at Verizon. I was told something totally untrue by the 1st rep, the 2nd rep was rude and couldn't/wouldn't do anything to help me so I asked to be transferred to her supervisor, who got on the phone and got just as rude with me, saying "Since you like to get online and look at things", of which I replied "You're damn right I do, bc of things like this where y'all are charging me for return payment fees I never owed to begin with and were already removed from my account and now are back on and my account is still not without the restriction, bc although it doesn't have the alert I am still unable to finance a device due to the return payment fees that also caused the restriction to be put on my account to begin with".

I have never had anyone there, besides 1 lady, actually listen and understand what I am explaining and clearly shows in my payment history, even though she was unable to help me bc she was not in the finance department, and her supervisor couldn't help bc they took away their being able to remove restrictions in any department other than the finance department. Uggggh, I hate Verizon and I'm still fighting to have my account fixed.

A LOT has happened, I HATE VERIZON and am about to cancel both lines of service I currently have. It is always something and it never gets taken care of. I CANNOT ever get anybody on the phone to help me. ALWAYS have to use chat and they never understand anything I am saying about the issues I am having.

My contacts aren't showing up when they call, it says no caller id

My callers werent showing up. It would say no caller Id. I was able to fix my issue, but it wasnt easy. Wasnt able to speak to a human being. I had go to here and go there.

Pissed off customer for over 11 years

Verizon is hiding an up charge of over $17 a month along with a prepaid user credit for $23.00. They charge $40 a month extra and then deduct $23. I was told I could not purchase the phone outright but if I wanted to put $240.00 down I could get the customer loyalty promo. This is all a bunch of bunk. I can purchase a new phone with no lock from Costco for $799.00. I don't want credits and I do not want a string atttattached

Cancel billing/I cancelled svc Feb you are still charging me

I need help! I switched to T-Mobil in Feb this year. Verizon was supposedly cancelled however you have been taking payment every month! You OWE me money!!! You have to update u to our recordsNOW !!!

Customer service

I called Verizon to get my bill emailed to me. The rep claims that they cannot do this because I closed my account with them. I asked if I can talk to a manager or supervisor. The rep claims that they cannot send bills out this way. So they will send it via regular mail. The rep informed me she will put it in the mail today and I should get it tomorrow or Monday. I informed them that this was why customers are leaving Verizon. Dont do business with Verizon.

two bill cycles to update. ended up in collections.

called verizon two hours. routed to recovery, told i need to pay 400 dolars or prove i did not owe that.I ASKED WHY SHE DID NOT JUST ASK VERIZON , SHE SAYS NOT ALLOWED TO TALK WITH THEM , SO I ASKED WHY I OWED BILL SHE COULD NOT TELL ME.

Verizon overbilled me continuously and would never get my due date correct and would cut off my service early and charge me to cut it back on . i paid my bill, changed service. Of them. 2 months later charged me the same bill 400. Spoke to customer care he acknowledged i had 0 balance, informed me it would take wo bill cycles to post,

I cant get anyone to break down my bill and charges correctly to tell me why my bill is so astronomically high. They think they find it,then wait nope that's not it either! I don't have 2 hours to sit on the phone with you while you try to figure out my account. I own a business am a wife and mother,Im busy.
