Bait and switch

I was told by numerous reps that my account would be fixed to reflect what I was told would be my monthly bill. It was significantly higher than it should have been. It is not fixed nor was there ever any order to fix it. I was lied to repeatedly.

User's recommendation: Buyer beware. Read the fine print.

Locked out of account

Won't let me reach live representative to resolve account issue. Automated services don't resolve issue and there is no clear way to get live representative

Complaint

Poor service. Put on hold for hours at a time. No customer service if you do get thru. Liars work for them especially at stores as they only want to make a sale.

My App Store and my Apple Music are both disabled and Im trying to get it Apple Music and use my apps in my App Store and Im unable.

Bill status

Transferred two phones to Visible to see if we save some money. Our account with our mifi was closed. Called to see if we can maintain our mifi account. Waited 20 minutes on phone to talk to someone. Final bill was discussed and I was able to keep just our mifi. I told tech about the long wait on phone. She gave me a different number to call in the future. Call by far was successful Well see how Visible works out. Thats another story.

Pay bill/set pin

I forgot my pin Im a new customer trying to pay my bill and I cant because I forgot my pin I tried talking to someone a few weeks ago and I got no help Im starting to think this was mistake switching over to you guys because the service kinda blows my calls drop and I never thought forgetting a PIN number was going to be such a hassle can someone freaking help me so I can pay my bill please

Finally talked to a human

Working with Verizon online was impossible to talk to a human. Like all companies now are obsolete against customer service! They think everybody likes to play on their devices and that's what they want you to do. The only thing that's saved Verizon was the Verizon contract store in Prineville Oregon where I talk to a Human named Kyle, who gave what I call excellent customer care! If that conversation didn't go as well as it did, I would have dropped Verizon even for a lesser coverage. I despise big business now, I have run portions of very big companies, one of the fortune 200 companies. My absolute pet peeve was Superior Service to our clients! Anybody can sell you anything and tell you anything, it's the service that makes the company. And it's the service the employees enjoy giving, that is, if the company cares at all about their employees? My winning strategies. Employees first that take care of your clients means the company wins wins wins!

Customer service complaint

My phone was not working and called verizon. Between being on hold , transferred from one agent to another my total time out of my day was 5 hrs. This may seem Unbelievable but very true. This is not acceptable. I am thinking of changing my service

Horrible customer service & website sucks

I would rather have a root canal and colonoscopy at the same time, without anesthetic, by a blind witchdoctor, than try to use the website and/or deal with Verizon customer service again! Over two hours to update my credit card expiration date information for my prepaid hotspot account.

Upset over poor service

Close to 1 hr wait time before being able to speak to agent. Constant push to go online rather than person to person discussion. Agent sitting at home then muting me or having kids runaround making noise and hearing tough. unable to make decisions as no manager around. Never had this poor service as Ive had in last few mths. No excuse about covid!! I am a nurse .working

I’ve exceeded the amount of times I can change my credit card to make a payment

Please help me. I need to speak with someone. I need my phone. I have a child with Covid and have tried to make a payment at least 6 times but it will not accept my payment. I have the money in my account.

Add min to prepaid jetpack hotspot

Can't talk to human and automated services suck. I tried for 3 days to activate a hotspot and never got it so I just went to different service.
