Id sure like to talk to someone this is ridiculous can I just please talk to someone please please please pkease

User's recommendation: Don’t try to talk to someone cause you’ll be on phone all day.

Payment arrangement plan

I have no choice but to set a promise to pay or whatever and it only gave me a certain day to choose and I was going to have the money by then but the further you had so I take it anyhow and I explained to representative and they told me that they call you right and he leave notes in the account but now I can't get back into it can I have problems login

I was frustrated because my bill was so high when I asked about over 55 discount I was told I dont qualify (I am72). One of my family members got the 55 and over and it dropped their bill by $50. I told them I was going to check with T-Mobile which I am in the process of. They said okay I felt I was not important enough to work with. I have been with Verizon for many many years. I hate to leave but I am not sure why some discounts are good for some and not others. I am really frustrated Thanks for listening. And yes I am a pissed off consumer Ilene smith. 801-599-****

Can't contact a human

I got a letter in the mail saying that I applied for an account. I never applied for an account so someone is using my information. I tried to talk to someone at Verizon but the automated service requires a Verizon account phone number. I do not have have a Verizon account phone number or so it would not connect me to anyone. I have to go to a Verizon store now instead of simply talking on the phone
