Cannot make outgoing calls

Getting pissed I cannot make a phone call cant get anybody to tell me what is wrong with my phone I cannot get calls in and I cannot make calls out and people will be nice to speak to another computer

I can’t talk to anyone who can help me. The automated system continues to say login. That IS the problem.

Although I have cancelled my service, I continue to receive bills. I cannot check my bill because they no longer recognize my account.

No help with access to voicemail

Reaching a human for support is a nightmare. Just needed help, because the system is telling me I don't have access to get my voicemail. I get nothing but an endless loop of computer voice prompts. When I finally got a human on the phone they did not know how to help me. Is this supposed to be help? This is garbage. No wonder the rating is so low for support.

No service all day!

See above. Im unable to receive &/or mark phone calls. I would like to know if Verizon is planning any discount for the LACK of service Ive received on 3/4?!!!

It's impossible to reach customer service.

House phone and cell phone continually have service issues and clearly, Verizon has no clue how to fix this problem. It's impossible to reach Verizon via phone and if you bother to request a call back, you never get one. My new rule: If I can't contact you via phone, I don't want to do business with you. I'll spend today looking for a new service provider who actually might provide service. This has been THE WORST experience ever!!!

AI SUCKS. GOING AROUND IN CIRCLES. CONCRETE BLOCK HAS A BETTER RESPONSE.

I havent got phone service and AI States Im not ported and it takes 24 or 48 hours. Ive. Had my fone since Christmas.

Talked with customer service earlier in the day was told the problem was solved

Talked to customer service this afternoon and was told my issue was solved, but it was not. Trying to get a hold of them is an awful experience. Have been trying to solve this issue since 12pm. Customer service is not open, even though you are open till 9:30pm eastern, this is false news! I have been without my phone Service since this afternoon, and I am still without service. So I have to try and call back again. Hopefully I can talk to someone who knows what they are doing.

Transferred to T-Mobile Verizon wireless is still charging me for service that I no longer have with them tried calling numerous times and cannot get a human being on the freaking phone because the pathetic *** that are Verizon wireless can't set up an automated freaking system for ***
