I recently upgraded to an iPhone 11. I had $25 in device dollars. I Used them when buying the phone but my account still shows $25 in device dollars. Version is no help to get me my $25 dollars.

I called corporate and finally got a $25 credit. They have recently changed their rewards program so no more money towards devices. Not pleased about that but my service has never had an interruption and I have never found a dead spot while traveling.

Data shows 0 but Verizon shows 28% Chat and % Gaming. I dont do either. Apple told me they show not used. Verizon report shows used but shows zero by it. They need to be reported. I had to pay for a can someone e couldnt get on Uber or Lyft. I was told because data told was used. Its horrible.

User's recommendation: Run!!! Don’t use Verizon. Dishonest on Data for years.

I need immediate assistance please

I need to speak with someone about resolving my issues with two different phone lines that I need taken care of I don't need two different lines that Verizon activated that Verizon told me they could not activate. Then activated it later that day. Now I'm being billed for two phone lines under two different names. I tried to go to the store and resolve this issue. Due to employee not wanting to push a few buttons and told me it would be disconnected. I am still in same boat getting billed twice under two different names. Why won't anyone call me? Where is a human? I am sick of this useless website, useless phone numbers, useless stores. I need help from a manager.please

Plan change

I was supposed to have the unlimited hotspot options with unlimited data and that's not true my dad is speeds have been slowed way down and I'm not happy with my service at all I'm not able to get Wi-Fi in the area I live and I was told that this unlimited data plan for my hotspot would cure the problem and it hasn't and I would just like to know what can be done to resolve this issue so I can have someone adequate data speeds for my business purposes

I need to upgrade my plan and add on mobile hotspot and I guess I have to write a hundred symbols for that to take place so here you go there should be hundred if it's not how it is probably a little bit over so you can count on if you like to but it should be at least a hundred
