Verizon complaint

On February 4, 2023, my wife and I visited the Verizon store at423 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW,
Kennesaw, GA 30144 with the intent on upgrading our phones. The Verizon employee (Alamali sorry cannot remember his exact name) was very helpful and after spending $1,100 we got a new iPhone for her and transferred her older iPhone to me.
The employee was very helpful.
Later that evening, my wife observed her e-mails were not synching between her iPad and her new iPhone. Her gmail account had not been synched properly. We returned to the same store the next day at approximately 11:30 to have this corrected. Before addressing the problem or even understanding the problem a Verizon employee named Gabriel wrote up a ticket and wanted us to sign off on a $30 charge.
I disagreed and expressed that this should have been done as a part of the transfer set-up. And our original Sales person told us if we had any problem to come back and Verizon would fix it. I expressed this to Gabriel and I protested the charge. Gabriel became indigent and stated he was not the one who served us previously and he didnt say that.
I agreed he was not he original sales person but he represented the company so Id expect him to stand behind the service especially since I had spent $1,100 in the same store less than 24 hours earlier. He said he would not waive the fee and I asked why a multi-billion dollar company would not trust him waiving a $30 fee but asked if one of the other five employees could. He said no and said the only one who could just left the building. I suggested we call her and he refused saying she is now off the clock.
I expressed my dissatisfaction and he said You should have asked about this at the time of set-up. He abruptly walked away into the back room and off the sales room floor. Gabriel was extremely rude and escalated the situation.
Fortunately, there was another Verizon employee Kennedi who overheard the rather heated exchange and offered to help. She said she had seen this situation before and offered to help.
She went through Google and iPad settings on both devices and after about 15 minutes had the problem fixed. She also helped with another that needed some resetting after the transfer. Kennedi was wonderful.
You need more Kennedi and a lot less Gabriel. Gabriels attitude and tone were unacceptable.
It was obvious his teammates found him unacceptable as well and none of them interceded on his behalf. Only after he rudely left the room with no resolution, did Kennedi offer to help.
What had been a pleasant experience the day before turned into an unpleasant confrontation because of Gabriels rudeness the next day. If you do not take action on Gabriel this store will suffer and good people like Kenndi will take their valuable time to overcome his shortcomings.
Very disappointing.

User's recommendation: It is impossible to deal with Verizon on-line. They really don't want to hear from you. You just have to be lucky and find that one employee who cares.

Need Information For deleted account to give to T-mobile to buy out contract
I cancelled my service with Verizon and I went to T-mobile who I did a contract buyout with. T-mobile needs my phone finance agreement so they can pay the contract out.
I have tried to obtain this information and have not been successful. Im so frustrated and this is why I left Verizon because I was not happy and Im still not happy and Im not even with Verizon anymore. Please get me to the correct department that can actually assist with my request.
Verizon has already sent my bill to collections and Im trying to rectify this bill if they dont make it so hard to obtain the information I need. Someone please help me.
Preferred solution: My phone finance agreement for both my disconnected lines from the old service I had with Verizon.

Called twice within the past 3 days. Reset phone. Dropped calls, weird things happening to phone. Texts not going through. Bee with Verizon 2004

I have been working consolidation of land lines to Verizon wireless plan. The service and follow up from the 611 team has been rotten.
However, my larger problem is when Verizon released my domain hosting to Turbify.
I did not manage this account well and Turbify does not want to recognize I am the owner of Berrymanroofing.com domain. After many hours logged on phone with Turbify and jumping through hoops, I am convinced Turbify is not a company I want to work with. I need the help from Verizon. My account history should tell you who I am and how long ago it was when Verizon was hosting my domain.
I am asking Verizon to contact Turbify for me and help me get back control of my domain. I would not ask Verizon to do this but it was not my company that brought Turbify in as the host.
It was Verizon who released my domain hosting to this company Turbify. I do not want to get attorneys involved and I found this website as my last ditch effort to resolve the Turbify issue

Downed wire in my backyard for weeks now
I have not heard a single word from Verizon since I reached out to them. I asked for a phone call confirming that the correct department received the information that there is a downed wire in my yard since December 26.
On December 26 someone from Verizon was in my yard and that is the way the wire was left, and Ive heard or seen nothing cents. I know you were not Verizon and youre some contact company for consumer complaints.
If my responding to your inquiry here will only generate more crap from you and nothing from Verizon, please stop emailing me and delete my email from your system as this does me no good whatsoever to just keep reporting to you . I did make a phone call to Verizon and have heard nothing since that call
