Verizon over bills it’s customers - don’t ever do autopay

MyVerizon allows you to modify your plan but the app fails to advise you about the change charges for each modification of your plan. Customer of Verizon for over 6 years and was charged $450 for the early termination on one line even though all services were connectivity and data as all the phone equipment was owned and brought by me when services contracts were signed

User's recommendation: Look at other providers especially if you own the phone equipment.

Verizon makes it IMPOSSIBLE to speak to someone

Everything is automated. Finally got a real person after an hour, and was then transferred FOUR times. Their website is garbage. Their chat people are idiots. Whatever phone number you find online will transfer you to automated. If you press 0 repeatedly, they hang up on you. I'm going -- in person -- to a U.S. Cellular office to change service tomorrow. Verizon also makes you get a pin # to change services. They are a horrible company.

Overcharging my account

I migrated to another carrier around 1 March 2022. My bill was paid in full and now I am being charged another $75. This account was to have been payed in full, to include devices, and closed! What is going on!?

Cannot reach a person or sign in

Could not get a signal. Changed to another carrier but Verizon does not even give a refund on the money paid. Can't reach a human at Verizon and cannot sign in online as they change the "Secret Questions", without permission! What an organized way to rake advantage of customers!

I was in the Verizon store I sat there about hour and a half got first Ran my credit check and then said we approve for a phone I was switching actually but I guy said we talk about 40 mins he was telling I was getting a phone but i ain't told him I was checking it out...

Terrible Practices

They continued to bill me despite switching service prior to the billing cycle. Tried to get someone on the phone but no help. Going to go into Verizon wireless store to make sure my account is closed. Never going back to the wireless side ever again.

Verizon Wireless - My review
I wouldn't recommend them. The reps like to lie to there customers. Then they decide to canceled Google pay billing to your cellphone bill. I have had those for years. Verizon should have let people keep them if they had them on the there bill for more then a year. Poor customer service.

No mobile data on my buisiness line

Tie two cans after multiple .calls and visits(there is always seven people deep at the store ) couple weeks has gone by with the lies and aggravation..I still have no mobile data.but if I switch my plan and upgrade that will fix it ..grrr No explanation I just get sent up the foreign chain of phone answererers who make me run through the same diagnostic baloney. They have notes on the amount but hope I will hang up. I have lost clients over this. No email no messaging no GPS. No suppliers websites ..no biusness for me .. its horrible. I am def a pissed off customer .
