No person helped me..and your recorded voice certainly didn't!!! T-Mobile is looking better and better by the second!

You are double charging us for something we are not involved in.call us now 360584**** or we are switching to T-Mobile by the end of the week we have been a customer for years but this is very shoddy service and I will let everybody know! Your stupid recorded voice has really made me mad can you tell?

Keep Charging my bank and I have Cancelled service

Transferred my number to AT &T so I thought that cancelled my services but you keep charging me and I can't sign in on your website because you cancelled my service.

Might return as a customer

Cant compete price wise with ATT I wont pay 38 dollars more to be with Verizon!! Im a lineman by trade and att recognizes that Verizon dont so much for a 10 customer with Verizon.

Customer service

I tried to speak to someone in customer service many times regarding my phone. I was told by an automated message that I had to call back between business hours. I needed answers right then about my bill which was due that day. Verizon is one of the biggest communications companies and yet I had so much trouble trying to communicate with a customer service representative. Very frustrating!

Bill of 25 cents

I switched to another carrier two months ago. I had an overpayment on my account so Verizon sent the refund in the form of a Visa card. Last week I received a bill for 25 cents. I tried paying online and Im a store. Couldnt pay that way. Finally spoke to a person who could take my payment but couldnt take less than a dollar. Ridiculous!
