Fraud

I went to upgrade to a newer phone and found out that all the money I put down the year before was never credited as a down payment to the phone. Your employee is nothing but a liar and even charged me for items he said were included.

If I wasnt on my friends cell plan I would get rid of Verizon in a heartbeat. Unfortunately Im stuck because you are the provider she had. I cant believe how I was treated.

Oh wait yes I can believe it because all you are interested in is money and selling phones and billing people for items that they didnt receive or were told was included. Guess I can talk to my friend about moving my number elsewhere..certainly do not want to stay with Verizon after all the Bs I just went through.

Im trying to cancel service and Ive been transferred four times. Its going on 30 minutes that Im wasting time. Trying to get stuff done for the day. Really annoying when you get transferred four times and nobody can help you. But boy, can you sign people up quickly

I tried to call, text, email Verizon before I was going to MX.

I was told they were having problems but that theyd contact me later that day. STILL no contact and now Im in Cabo and phone is not working properly. Every time I travel internationally, there is a problem, starting with customer service not responding before my trip. App is very poor as well. Verizon is charging me more than all the competitors. Time to find a new provider.

Won't let me die without debt!

I ported my number to Spectrum. Called Verizon to settle up.

Told them I'd be putting a stop on the bank allotment at the bank, and settling the final bill by check. I asked for a final bill, by paper. Well, it didn't include everything. That's okay.

I paid it, plus a little more they said I owed. Then I got a notice saying I owed $35 MORE. WHY? They billed me $5 for the paper bill, without telling me.

Then they billed me $30 for their bounced check because they tried to sock it to my bank account after I had already told them not to!

They waived these charges and I have a zero balance. Better hurry and die before next month's bill gets here.

User's recommendation: I've been with them 10 years. Actual wireless service was good. But, even with my discount, too rich for my retiree blood. Go with someone else.
