Verizon didnt ultimately do anything for me or offer any true contrition. I spent over an hour purchasing phones to find out my order was cancelled 8 days later with no notice.
I used the chat service for over 4 hours on a Sunday to do d out what happened and at first I was told I didnt have an order. I asked for a manager numerous times and was denied until the connection mysteriously disconnected. When I got someone on the line next they said there wasnt an order bit I had until 4/2 to return my xurrent phones. At this point in frustration with the cancellation I and bad info I filed a complaint with the BBB.
When contacted about this the agent didnt even read my complaint or my attached chat convos to illustrate my time investment but they were quick to let me know I could just do it all again.
No matter we still dont know what happened or if it will happen again. But hey, I guess my time I inconsequential and I should just willingly fork over THOUSANDS, of dollars without hesitation after being treated az an afterthought.

I am being billed for an account under Jones exterminating that was started with Bluegrass cellular roughly 15 years or more ago. It is affecting my credit they are billing me is David Jones

I have been a verizon customer for years. Me and my husband visited the Verizon store in Swainsboro, Georgia today.
We went to try to get an explanation for our new bill as we had just purchased new phones and watches during their black Friday sale. The rep that sold us our devices wasn't there and we were told that he doesn't work for them anymore. Our bill was supposed to be lower than our previous bill had been and the rep that sold us our new phones wrote everything down for us and explained in detail what we could expect for our next bills. Since our bill is higher we went in to find out why.
There were 2 people in the store. One woman and one man that was behind the counter. When we walked in the woman asked how she could help us and before we could answer she immediately said y'all know we close at 5:00. We were there before 4.
She looked up our account and then proceeded to tell us that we needed to sign up for auto pay and acted like we didn't know all the details of what we signed up for. We knew exactly what we signed up for and we're told so by the other rep when we bought our phones and watches. Then the man behind the counter pitched in and said "well I don't know how you could think that your bill would be cheaper since you upgraded your plan and even if you didn't get new devices it would have still been higher" he was extremely rude and I am very offended by the way he spoke to my husband and myself. We were not rude and were trying to explain everything our rep had told us and tried showing them the paperwork and they did not want to hear us or answer any of our questions.
The man just rudely interrupted us with what he said and we left. I will NEVER go back to this store EVER again for anything!!! I don't know who owns this store and what the names of the two so called employees were but this has ruined my faith in Verizon. They apparently don't care about their customers if that's the kind of people that they have working for them.
I don't even know if I will continue to stay with Verizon after my contract runs out because of thr b.s. I just encountered in that store! I am NOT happy and definitely don't feel like a valued long time customer!!!
So thanks Cellular Sales for being a big bunch of *** when we just wanted a little help. I will deal directly with Verizon customer service from now on, im done with the stores!
