4days past due can’t upgrade to a working phone going to t moby

Phone on the fritz was told by Fiancial to make arrangements on past due $220.00 and I could upgrade, so I did and they didnt. Its all about money not customers! They dont care about DAV vets either! If enough people got together and switched it would hurt their pocketbook and maybe listen to people who keep them in business

As a handicapped senior citizen I need to speak to himans..not digital sign ins or chaos with logi s passwords etc. I am calling from mine and that should be secure enough to tell you to drop subscri

I do not want these additional services added. I never requested the "free" subscription for a month and then you have the audacity to boll $+9.95 a month if not canceled. In addition. Just try to cancel using your digital service. Log ins, chats that go nowhere etc. Pay people to a swer phones ateast for senior citizens ; handicapped!!!

User's recommendation: If you value custo.er service or need it from a human phone call do not use Verizon. Hours spent trying to address issues several times lately.
