Verizon Customeer service

I have been a Verizon customer for more than 15 years, since covid I have seen a dramatic decrease in my call quality inside my house. my Data is phenomenal, just the voice is atrocious. I drop calls with clients all the time, I only get reception when I stand outside in 115 degree weather and still it isn't that great. I have had numerous calls and Chats with Verizon and each time I have had no luck. I have made it all the way to a Tech support person 2 and then it stopped there.... apparently the only 2 supervisors that can approve my request, 1 is on long term leave and the other is working split shift so they are not answering....

Lack of customer service

horrible customer service, currently utilize verizon for a business account. The account was setup with unknown passwords not with ours an account owner that doesn't exist and have been trying for a year to get these issues corrected and to date have had no success. several times have been told and reassured that the issues were resolved.

I had to go to the Verizon store to get both phones working. The tech reset the my old phone after some checking.

This was apparently not something I could do myself. My husband's used IPhone 7 had a bigger problem. It was not properly wiped of the previous owner's information. It took the tech a while to figure out what the issue was.So both phones are working.

I was told I could not return the IPhone 11 to the store. I had to return it by carrier and he said I would be charged a $50 "restocking fee." Verizon never contacted me, but I didn't see any additional charges on my bill this month, so I don't know if they took all the charges for the phones off or if they will be adding it next month.

No communication. I'm okay as long as they aren't charging me, but it would seem customary to explain.

I upgraded to a new IPhone 11 at considerable expense, downloaded everything successfully from my iPhone 7 but am having trouble activating the phone. Now I have no service on either phone and I've been on hold for a half hour. I think I'm sending the phone back and switching services.

Not a complaint but; finally after 2 years with dropped calls, horrible service with a half bar only 2 miles (3.22 km) from a tower we reached 3 reps who knew what they were doing. Kudos to the young man and ladies who set us up with an extender that now gives us 4 and five bars. Why the heck did it take us 2 years to find CS reps who knew what they were doing? Registration Doesn't Even Work

I bought a new phone after locked out of my account old account (customer service is *** useless!) and could not register it. So now on top of the initial $60 device I'm paying $50 every month for a phone I can't really do anything with! Verizon Wireless needs to either fix the registration process or scrap it and build a new one! If not, I'm going to get a refund and take my business to a service provider that induced less frustration!

There multiple layers of security make even the simplest task a nightmare. Constant updates to the app that stop me from checking my data and endless run-arounds burning up my time. I hate the way this company conducts business and wastes my time.

Lost phones

I ordered 4 phones from Verizon and they shipped from two separate locations. UPS lost one of the shipments and I have spent the last four days trying to figure out how to get replacements. I have spent HOURS AND HOURS on the phone I got the same answer the last three days 1st was a supervisor did not approve overnight shipping, the 2nd was overnight shipping needs to be approved and I stayed on the line until they said it was approved. today when the phones did not arrive I was finally told I needed to call the Fraud department.... ME call them they will not call you...... the Fraud department was holding up the order because nobody never asked me for a copy of my ID....A week ago.... and they shipped me phones a week ago.... The blame everything on COVID-19 also.... poor excuse.

Dropped calls

5/20/20 - For 10 years I have reported and trouble shot dropped calls from my home in Mission Viejo and elsewhere in OC. For 10 years! Received network extender but still have dropped calls. I recently asked for a credit to my bill for all the days I had dropped calls. That request created WW III. I filed complaint with CA Public Utilities Comm. Today Verizon told me they have known about spotty coverage in Mission Viejo for 10 years and "there is nothing we can do to fix the problem since we can't build more towers - we are stuck!" I asked for a tech to be sent to my home to trouble shoot. "No, we have never sent techs. We don't do that and won't do that." I checked a map that shows were Verizon lacks coverage. My home is not in such areas.

It is wonderful that Verizon offers discounts to military and veterans. However, I wonder why they also only offer discounts to first responders, nurses and teachers. What about others that serve the community, such as law enforcement, firefighters, and last responders? The last responders (aka morticians) serve the community at all times of the day and night, and often their cell phone is used more for work than for personal calls, even if it is their only phone.

I went to a Verizon store where they arranged for a replacement for an Alcatel phone. I have an order number. It was supposed to arrive Thur. Today is Sat. I called because I was told you could track it but it was impossible to communicate with you by chat or by phone.
