Its a hastle to give a slightly used phone to a relative and they are treated as guilty when they try to change the phone number and told they cant be helped at the Verizon stores all they care about is selling with no continued care for the customer

Bad SIM card

5 phone calls, and visited 3 stores to resolve. Literally a whole day either on hold, redirected while online and lost. Two stores told me their system was down which is code for get lost. I cant believe I pay for this abuse. Universally THE worst customer service. T Mobile here I come.

Never received my refund I called get transferred to a collection department telling me I owe over $3000 get I never had service with Then but 2 weeks! Then I speak with discover whom they took my money from then returned the money they were great at discover with this situation then Verizon wireless just retook more money. I call them they transfer me to a collection Im so confused! NO ONE WILL HELP ME! Need help badly!

Refund

I called last week and was told I would get a refund on my card and my card taken off my exes account this is the third time I have inquired about this.. 598$ was taken out of my account then put back in just to be taken out again. I DID NOT AUTHERIZE THIS PAYMENT THE GIRL SAID SHE WAS TAKING MY CARD OFF FILE AND REFUNDING MY MONEY. THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN TODAY OR I WILL REPORT IT. I was on a family plan with my ex inlaws and have been gone.for over a year. Below is my number . I would like to hear from someone asap. Thank you!
