I have tried for 2 months to get my credit from my business account to my consumer account.

On 8-24-20 I called business dept and closed my phone account. I have a $422.28 credit which they said they would credit to my consumer account but it would take 2-3 weeks. I called back on Oct. 1 and got a rep that was determined to help resolve this. I was on the phone for 2.5 hours, was given a ticket number and told the transfer would take place in 7 business days. On 10-13 I called again since my business account showed $0 but no credit on my consumer account. I got to talk to one of the worst customer service reps ever..... after explaining to him by ordeal I was lectured that due to COVID-19 I just needed to have more patience.... I tried to explain to him that no matter the excuse the buck stops with Verizon and just got another lecture of which I hung up on him halfway through. I called again today, 10-26 and have been on the phone for 1.5 hours being transferred around because nobody can seem to help me. I am on hold right now supposedly waiting for the business financial dept which has been another 20 minutes. I am at my wits end, I don't know what to do next. I have tried the stores and they just refer me to the customer service number. This is a *** company and I will recommend to all my friends and family to not use Verizon.

Preferred solution: Get me my money that was paid and remove late fees from my consumer account as well as charges that supposedly were charged to my business account after closing it.

Cant use phone after paying prepaid bill

Every month after a pay my Verizon prepaid bill I can not call out, no calls in, and no data. And it takes me 3 to 4 days to get it fixed. And its *** And I believe I deserve a month or 2 of free service with has long as I have been with Verizon

This Is the third time I am having issues with my phone and the billing I am not very happy with your company. I called last week to fix my phone because I had an issue and they had took 10.00 dollar's off and customer service told that it will 40 dollars on this bill and from here on out but the full fifty as been taken out of my bank account. not payment and still no date I am very displease with you customer service and not getting anyone. this is not how you treat a loyal customer and I never miss a payment but one because I was in the hospital. Billing mistake

I returned a non functioning phone. ( It wouldn't turn on at all.) I returned in the return box Verizon sent me, through ups ( as requested)and received a receipt. Verizon stated they never received the phone and what they received was a watch. Through the tracking for ups, I can see that Verizon received my box at their return center. They're charging me $859 dollars. They are threatening to turn off my service. They are refusing to do their due diligence.

I tried to get a problem cleared up but "customer service" would not allow me to speak. This low life kept talking over me and was so rude. She needs to get a job where she does not have to talk to the American people she obviously hates so much. I called back for a supervisor and got a sub human joke calling herself Mary. She put me on hold and just left me. I yelled in the phone for her to respond and it came back on the line laughing at me. I will be changing from this horrid company and their horrid business practices!
