O the worst service ever

Did u know they lied about the coverage most of alabama is moderate that means poor service and want do anything to fix it so every one in Alabama needs to call in and complain about it and ask for towers not and antenna

Verizion Wireless Are Crooks

Verizion stores and sales people act as Tec support but they work on commission. They are trained to turn any issue one has or any problem one has into a opportunity to charge you more money, sell you more stuff and take as much advantage of you as possible. Verizion took payments I made on my account and credited them to someone else's account and eventually shut my families 5 phones off until I made another payment equal to the payment Verizion already stold from me. I am a AARP member and The reception on my service was poor and when I visited the Verizion wireless store the agent in the store told me my phone was the problem and sold me a new phone which did not fix the problem and they took my original phone which was obviously good as a trade in. The then sold me a new service called 1-Talk which never worked and no one in the Verizion Store knew how to use it. I made 8 trips to the Verizion store and stood on line for hours and Never had the problems resolved, the, be ware, the Tec support in Verizion stores are sales crooks who are trained to get as much money from you as possible by acting like they are Tec support but in fact are high powered sales people trained to take as much money from you as possible.
