We pay our bill each month through automatic draw. We got an email saying they had a problem with the draw this month for June I want to know if it came through or is it still out there and has not been paid?

Extremely bad service

My phone is the worst phone Ive ever had, and the customer service is really lacking. Trying to set up a new phone, And I have no support from customer service

Internet not working well

Just found out my location is and was never running on 5g and it's not even available. False advertisement, product is horrible. No compensation for poor product delivered. Im very upset

Your bldg crew in fiberoptics are doing work in my area they went in my backyard and left a mess for me to clean up how would you llike me to go cut your cable and leave you a mess?

Horrible Service

This is the worst company ever. I have tried to talk with them for 5 days to fix a problem with my cable and they won't do anything to help me. We changed a few things to the account a couple of weeks ago and they never updated it. They couldn't give me any information on my account. And they didn't even try to fix the problem whatsoever.

Horrible customer care. Been on the phone for hours with no clear resolution

Agent misled the phone purchase. It has been over three weeks with no resolution. It is now even difficult just to talk with the agent. Been a verizon customer Over 10 yearsno customer appreciation

They changed my acct to Spanish when wasn’t even an option! Impossible reach rep in English now when idk language! This is bs

My default language was changed to SPANIsH!!! And I CaNt change it because I don't know wtf it's SAYINg!!!
