Unlock phone

All I'm trying to do is unlock a phone from Verizon that should have already been unlock this phone is from 2017 LG K-8 the IMEI is 3572 6 3** **18 087 whatever help you can give me with unlocking this would be really appreciated

I cannot get into my phone because it"s locked

I have been on this for several hours, I didn't know my phone was blocked and I cannot get into it to check my account the last message from you is to call. Once again I cannot get into my phone I can't receive calls or make any call. What do I need to do to get the help I have requested for several hours I also did not see my bill on my Email. Trying to extort money from me

12/29 and 12/30 2019 I changed carriers at which time Verizon shut off my phones without ever contacting me to see if I ordered that. Then sent me a bill for three weeks in January even though I had no service and could not use my Verizon phones. When I refused to pay for January they filed with the credit bureau. I had no contract with Verizon and did not agree to any new agreement after my original contract expired 5 years ago. This is extortion and possibly fraud.

Grrrr

Been trying several times to get time added to my phone even after adding time to my sim card which then got stolen I finally said *** it and went bought another new brand new Verizon phone along with phone time and still can't get a phone turned on

Bad service do the last 3-4 months.

Lately we have very little phone service. It has not always been bad but now it SUCKS!!! I have a work tablet that is on Verizon and I cant even get my work completed at times due to poor service.

Still I’m not getting WiFi in my living room and the support guy told me to my extended WiFi and bought it he told me he will fix for me please I need your help to solve this problem

He came and change my old WiFi system but could not able to bring WiFi in my living room now I listened to his advice and bought the extended WiFi equipment but he is not picking up his phone please resolve this issue

Late fee - not my fault

I always write my Verizon check the day the bill comes because they do not give me lot of time to pay. This month the bill had a $5.00 late fee. I wrote the check July 3. They cashed it July 21. I am guessing they had staff problems during COVID, but I am FURIOUS. I shorted the payment and wrote an angry note. We are getting ready to buy new phones and this little stunt has made me unlikely to use Verizon for the new phone.la

Absolutely HORRIBLE service for cell phone problems

After HOURS AND HOURS with technical people I still had the problem. Finally, I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor.

They did put one on, but she couldn't solve the problem. She connected me to another supervisor WHO FINALLY AGREED THAT THEY HAD TRIED EVERYTHING AND IT MUST BE A PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE!!! (I had said that from the beginning.) They sent another phone at no cost and I am to send back the other one.

FINALLY, but at least they fixed the situation. Now I know I should have asked for a supervisor MUCH SOONER.

I have been with CHAT and LIVE for more than 20 hours in the last week and can get NO satisfaction. Much of the time is WAITING for chat to respond or for the phone to be answered. Today I waited more than an hour for it to ring. The problem is never fixed and at the store they will not even let me in to talk about a problem. I just bought the phone 2 weeks ago. They say call the tech line and that is IMPOSSIBLE. Verizon should be TOTALLY SHUT DOWN until they can get some service to back their products.

Terrible customer service

I had to go to the Verizon store to get both phones working. The tech reset the my old phone after some checking.

This was apparently not something I could do myself. My husband's used IPhone 7 had a bigger problem. It was not properly wiped of the previous owner's information. It took the tech a while to figure out what the issue was.So both phones are working.

I was told I could not return the IPhone 11 to the store. I had to return it by carrier and he said I would be charged a $50 "restocking fee." Verizon never contacted me, but I didn't see any additional charges on my bill this month, so I don't know if they took all the charges for the phones off or if they will be adding it next month.

No communication. I'm okay as long as they aren't charging me, but it would seem customary to explain.

I upgraded to a new IPhone 11 at considerable expense, downloaded everything successfully from my iPhone 7 but am having trouble activating the phone. Now I have no service on either phone and I've been on hold for a half hour. I think I'm sending the phone back and switching services.

Qualit assurance

SIM card policies for example a customer service rep tried to use a house key to take out my SIM card yesterday bc the card was inserted upside down by me. That could have damaged the gold surface

Phone issues

trying to change my service and my phone is locked and need it unlocked. have been on hold almost 3 hours. there is no excuse for this kind of customer service even in a pandemic.
