Port PIN number to transfer my number from cricket
The store that opened my new account was supposed to transfer my number from cricket. They did not do something right because I get text on my cricket account and calls on my Verizon account. I need to speak to someone who I can give the port out pin and account number to cricket.

I had tried multiple times to resolve an account and after making affordable arrangements- I made my 1st payment then i was told the account was sold and I couldn't get refunded. That's just the ending of our relationship . User's recommendation: Get prepaid.

not sure if verizon has a service like lifeline, from what i can see doing a search it runs on t-mobile (lifeline) the lifeline program is not a regular service like prepaid or postpaid so they would not be applied to same service or phone . if you applied for a verizon program like lifeline than that should of been a port over or transfer from lifeline to unlock your phone is another issue that would require the phone to be paid off and on the providors network for so many days ( varies by carrier some 40 to 60 or 90 days or longer) than you would have to go thru the unlock process.

My phone unlocked so I'm not without a phone.
first issue was the pot, it didnt complete for some reason, so would seem you were still on previous carrier ( not one ported or wanting to port to) and be paying them still as you have not really begun service with the other you are porting into you should of gone into a corporate store of the network your wanting to port into to do the porting and made sure you have the required info
