I have been a Verizon customer since the 90s. Three years ago I moved to the Orlando, FL area and keep getting dropped calls and pop-ups "No Service". I never get more than 2 bars, usually only one. I am so tired on Verizon slow updates i think I'm going to get rid of Android devices and go with I phone at least all there updates are in time.i understand the their is so many Android devices it's hard to do but come on Verizon what takes so long always last to do anything

My second phone was stolen I called customer service the said the "suspend it" A bout 2 months later I called to asked what can I do to lower this exurbanite bill "uh, we could lower you to one gig instead of 5" Never was it disclosed that I could pay off the lease plan on the stolen phone and cease paying the $50.00 per line charge. Verizon says they will pay you up to $650 to cover the cost of switching from another provider. AFTER you give them your old phones, and all the 'contract' stuff is already done, they tell you what you have to do to actually GET the refund. Online, they require that you know and enter a number that I didn't get, don't know, and cannot get from them now. Reviewed my phone bill and noticed I found a long distance charge on my bill to Canada. I thought ( knew) we had the plan that includes Canada/Mexico. When i called on feb 14 I was on hold for 20 min. Spoke to a girl who checked and said I had that plan and she would credit me the $20.00. We purchased 2 new apple iphones through our Verizon account on the Web today. We selected store pickup in Old Saybrook and waited the 2 hours for an email back. It never came. I canceled my current provider and went with direct Tv who transferred me over to Verizon for the internet service setup. The technician arrived in my home on Jan 25,2017 to compete the installation. I truly hate Verizon. My mother said not to hate anyone but they are the exception. I transferred my service from T-mobile thinking better service and coverage to experience the same issues. Now I gotta deal with them for 24 frickin months and no relief in sight because I now owe T-mobile for early termination fees. They said I used 3 gigabytes in "background" data in ONE DAY. I decided to trade in my daughter's perfectly fine I-phone in order to upgrade to the 7. There was nothing at all wrong with the old phone and she had kept it in perfect condition. Never a problem. I agree with other reviewers Verizon is a lousy company with outrageous fees. They were even on 20/20 due to their added fees! Ive made 20 attempts and r hrs of my time to sign in to tg5eir worthless My Verizon. They are ***! You call the number for tech support and guess what the morans have the wrong number. what a lousy crooked company .
