Salesman blatantly lied about plans and said would not increase monthly fees . WE ONLY DISCOVERED AFTER REVIEWING THE BILL. After being put on hold for over an hour, customer service said cant help us, need to deal with the Verizon wireless store directly. Completely dishonest and deceptive. Verizon chatted me that i'd be able to return my droid turbo for a $650 credit toward a new phone. I have snap shots of the chat and the call recording because I stopped trusting verizon long ago. Anyway as I went to order the new phone they said I had been misinformed. I made plans based on that information. Verizon told me they'd make it right, then never called back. Verison has refused to fix a problem with access to my voice mail. I have spent 4 hours on the phone and 1 hour in a verison store attempting to get resolution. They seem incapable or unwilling to get this resolved. I run a business, have 5 employees and cannot afford to be without access to my voice mail. Clearly Verison is not concerned with small businesses that have been with them for 15 years. In fact, I do not believe they care at all... Read more

Verizon company policies are screwing people out of money. I ported my number 3 days into a new billing cycle, after my two year contract was up, have been a loyal customer off and on for 25 years, Verizon then charged my credit card for a full month of service. I called Verizon and got a nasty rep saying there was no one that could help me it was what was owed. I disputed the charge with my credit card and Verizon is now calling me 5-10 times... Read more

Lied to me multiple times. Changed my account from consumer to business without my permission, charged me for a case i never got, sent a phone to me cracked right out of the box and i had to use assurion and pay for a phone they sent broken, data surged literally overnight and nobody can help, they tell you one thing but are so full of *** that they actually believe the *** they say. Here's the problem: Samsung Note 5, defective after three months, replaced under warrantee. The replacement is a refurb, not in like new condition, scratched camera lens, no stylus. Verizon is not helpful. So, paying full price for a refurb. Any recourse? I thought that the Samsung I had a few years ago was a lemon, but it seems Samsung makes a poor product. Again I ask, any recourse?

I have a Verizon Wireless MiFi unit for the internet. I had to replace the old one due to resetting the unit was not working. I am now wondering if the replacement unit is on the fritz. I'm tired of Verizon lies - ordered 2 iphone 7's on 9/10 and was told delivery would be on Monday 9/19 - Get my comfirmation for OCTOBER 19th - one month later. Call and am on phone for 1 hour and 57 min. and then am asked if they call call me back. I’m from Massachusetts, while on vacation in Montana my cell phone died in Miles City. It happened to be the day the Galaxy Note 7 came out so I early terminated my old phone ($37.00) and received a new black Note 7 (I wanted blue but the store didn’t have any) upgrade. Wow - unbelievably long call hold time just to try to get new service!
