I am the only person in the household who uses the internet or has a cell phone. Kept going over my limit so signed up for unlimited plan as it was cheaper. They did not disclise to me that after 10gb, they drop gou off of 4G down to 3 which slows everything down and takes 15 minutes just to get on the internet. Called them about tbis and got nowhere!

If you're thinking about using Verizon don't. Run away. Their customer service people are completely uninformed. You'll spend hours on hold and get no help. If you use their wifi for your business you'll be stuck on 3G most of the time. You get to watch the little thing spin around while you wait for pages to load.

Purchased a bluetooth head set from customer service. The rep gave me an 813 number and said to call with any issues. I called to report that the head set was of poor quality. The rep never returned my call or text. 14 day passed then the store did not want the product back. The rep should not have given out a cell number.
