I sent back my phone in the prepaid envelope that verizon provided, They say they never got it! This is the second time this has happened.They have the tracking number because its their prepaid mail.Ive called Verizon and spent hours on the phone. Had straight talked wanted to switch to Verizon. The guy who set me up on a plan was nice but had no idea what he was doing. He told me there would be no money due and at the end ended up making me pay$167! He screwed up our whole plan told us are bill was cheaper than what he sighed us up for . They are famous to call and not revue before calling. A rude LADY called and I told her it was removed from the system by a Resurgent employee on 10-31-16. This person called at 8:43 am. Said I needed to do a form exsplane why I didn't owe it and have it noterise and sent back to them. I feel this is a hurasment to me from her. We purchased a Samsung Galaxy J3 V on October 22, 2016. The salesman said they were running a special promotion on the Hum system and it was FREE. I am not very cell-phone friendly, so I asked many questions and stated multiple times that I wanted a low-priced phone with low monthly fees and no contracts. I left for boot camp. I goofed and failed to set up automatic payments. I have no phone access or usage for 2 months. I get out of boot camp, call Verizon to pay my debt. They say it was taken care of or written off. I said thank you. I get a loan in November for a plane ticket home for Christmas and check my credit score. I have several complaints regarding Verizon's sales persons on the 2329 Cottman Ave. First off the sales persons inside the store are manipulative liars. Talked into buying a tablet in January 2016 due to the Samsung rebate of $300 as of today november 29 2016 we still have not received the rebate. When we contact samsung we keep getting the runaround from them as Verizon Wireless has told us its not their problem anymore and we need to contact samsung directly. Back in June I called in to Verizon to switch service from my old provider whom I'd been with for fifteen years but wanted to try out Verizon because I had heard about their better service in rural areas.
