You shut my new service & new phone off because I wasn't using it . I hadn't used it yet because I was in the when I returned from the hospital I had gotten several letters in the mail stating it was going to be disconnected if not used .

It was already shut off when I got back from the hospital & opened my mail. I called in about it when I got back from the hospital & the fraud department said it was off because I owed a payment & not because I didn't use it! I never even used the phone Verizon deactivated it & STILL billed me in full! for the month!

! I PAID it in full on Friday & my phone still can only be used for emergencies! It says it's not registered with a provider!!! This makes zero sense since the lady at the fraud department said as soon as payment was received it would only be up to 24 hrs & it would be back on.

It's been well over 24hrs & still not back on! Also this phone was supposed to be free with a new service agreement!

I did not receive it for free & I am paying full price for the new S24 that the majority of ppl are getting free! I am beyond pissed on many levels at this point!

Verizon Wireless - 20 years with Vz. Shopping for new provider.

Fed up with Verizon, After 20 years of continued service with 9 lines on my plan I find it painful to deal (in anyway) with this company whether it's the useless bots that you have to deal with for 15-20 minutes prior to speaking with an actual Human on the phone, to the coverage of your cell dropping (brand new phone) every time I enter a building in Miami thus the reason I got the new phone in the first place. But now, I have been waiting for a box to send in this faulty Home internet modem back and four different times they have not sent anything but yet charge me for not returning the item.

Well today I came unglued on Nisha, so we will see if this box makes it to the address that hasn't changed in the last ten years. Anyway I added the last however many billing cycles but there won't be much more.

So here's some Pro's...the most minimal human interaction in regards to this company if that's your thing.

Not mine but couldn't think of anything else.

So the Con's...coverage great outside but go into any type of structure and you now have the coolest paperweight around. You need help, you'll get it after you push the 8-9 prompts just to be placed on hold or give you a call back with the average wait time of 15 minutes.

Verizon wireless charged me for a service return before the 14 days

I bought a financing Iphone 15 pro max with verizon wireless but before 14 days I returned the phone, first thing I made is calling customer service in order to ask them how to do the return.

The agent explain me that I have to reset the phone and delete the e-sim. I did eveything like they told me he even sent me a return label.

Two days later I received an email from verizon wireless telling me that they have received my returned item successfully and 5 days later they refund me the money that I paid them.

Now they harassing me with message that I have an unpaid balance when I called they even said their agent made a mistake he did not terminated my service and they are very sorry. But they still want me to pay or otherwise they gonnna make report to credit bureau.

I would like to know how to file a complaint

New Phone issues

I didn't use my new phone, so Verizon thought it was stolen. The Fraud department shut my phone down after only having it 2 weeks & I hadn't used it due to being sick. They lied & said I didn't pay my bill that's why it was shut off. I only had the phone & service for 2 weeks & my bill wasn't due yet! My phone was also supposed to be free because it was a new service. They are charging me for the new phone!

Verizon wireless is still harassing me with the 3 Rd collection agency

March 2022 I was sent a pre-owned device and charged the entire cost of a new device. From Verizon wireless it was a
Samsung Galaxy ultra 22 5 g
It wouldn't hold a charge, software updates were beyond reliable, screen jumping around and battery draining completely.

Dropped calls. Static, disconnecting etc
Over 1 year of daily communication with Verizon wireless making deals and promises they were not honored.
Verizon wireless caused me so anguish and grief that I got very sick.
This is the short version
Just yesterday they have now sent the bill to the 3 Rd collection company I was a 13 years
Verizon wireless loyal consumer.
They ripped me off and stole parts of my life.
Unreliable device.
Unreliable resolution
Never again.

I had ANOTHER iPhone stop working on meonly bought it 6 months ago. I bought a new iPhone 15 online with almost zero help from representatives.

Over three days and eight reps, my confirmation of terms and conditions would NOT go through.

VZW kept saying The problem seems to be on our end. I am bedridden (stage 4 cancer) and live aloneso I couldnt get to a retail store. One rep named Joey was getting frustrated with meHe was frustrated?" He actually said You sound old.

Is there someone who has power of attorney who I can talk to? Joey said he didnt understand why I was upset by his comments!

Canceling my service after four years due to the bad outsource customer service

My name is Denia Anderson and Ive been on the phone for over two hours calling all different kinds of numbers being left on hold for 45 minutes at a time trying to set up my online account and I keep getting kicked off the site and no help in that area and this has been happening for me to me for the last three months or so. Ive been having problems and my phone bill increased and I dont understand why the customer service representatives are not very nice and they hang up on me or they just dont come back to the phone and they leave you on hold and theres a bad language barrier and I need to talk to someone who speaks English to help me because I am really frustrated with this whole thing and its been happening for the last few months

I hate this company with a passon! I was a customer for 19 years and they did absolutely nothing for me as a loyal customer.

Its was always a fight to get any type of deal and I always lost. For years I watched them give new customers free phones, gift cards etc and I got nothing. I finally had enough and signed up with MINT 2 months ago and i am so sorry i didn't make the move when i first heard about Ryan Reynolds and Mint.

It was such an easy transfer and I am paying $45 for 6 months and then $15 a month after that. I got 5G and have no problem, great service that checks up on things regularly, free talk and text and no problem with dead zones.

Why did I wait so long? i guess its always tough to make the move since you never know what you are going to. Well i made a great move. So i called Verizon and they told me i have a prorated credit of $40...then sure enough..i got a bill for $120.

called again and they told me if you go with another carrier you have to pay the full month on your last bill and then there is the credit they took back because my husbands phone wasn't 3 years old.

Once again...a customer for 19 years, home and phone service and they would not waive that. There are only 2 words i have to say to them and i can't say it here...so good riddance Verizon!!!
