I was informed that my home area is only 1 to 2 mile radius and that I could be charged roaming fees if traveling outside of my hone area. Verizon has found a way to charge customers huge fees for roaming when they are within their home town. Verizon gets a negative 10 on customer service.

I am the only person in the household who uses the internet or has a cell phone. Kept going over my limit so signed up for unlimited plan as it was cheaper. They did not disclise to me that after 10gb, they drop gou off of 4G down to 3 which slows everything down and takes 15 minutes just to get on the internet. Called them about tbis and got nowhere!
