All I have to do is use my phone one time and it's telling me to clean this RAM is full optimize it's ***, it's like you just want me to get a new phone! I clean it Everytime and it still shows up! There is no reason for this!! Can't delete them either it just wants me to upload new cleaning apps! Which I don't want or need so PLZ stop!!!!!!

I could write a book, but to keep.it simple, they could care less about customer retainion. Had problems with my last few phones from them. Called to see if they would offer a customer of over 10 years any discount on a new phone before i start shopping other carriers. The answer was no! Could care less about my experience with them. No problem, i can take my business elsewhere!

I was informed that my home area is only 1 to 2 mile radius and that I could be charged roaming fees if traveling outside of my hone area. Verizon has found a way to charge customers huge fees for roaming when they are within their home town. Verizon gets a negative 10 on customer service.
