Purchased a bluetooth head set from customer service. The rep gave me an 813 number and said to call with any issues. I called to report that the head set was of poor quality. The rep never returned my call or text. 14 day passed then the store did not want the product back. The rep should not have given out a cell number.

Avoid Verizon MIFI, the words throttle back basically means Choked Down. After 10 gigs it sent us a text saying we were cut back to 3G. The service wouldn't even open a page on our laptops afterwards, stay far, far away from Verizon MIFI.
